I had a lot of questions about my application and the staff at Montague Clinic were quick to answer ALL of my questions with very detailed answers no matter the time of day! I recommend them to anyone seeking top notch service!

The process & execution of the certificate was easy & fast. We applied & received the certificate in less than 2 hours. We were nervous applying & wasn't sure if the site/process was legitimate, but it was an got me back to the states. The experience was great & I highly recommend this company.

The clinic were fast, efficient and responsive. And my application was processed on a Sunday. Fantastic service.

Needed a COVID-recovery certificate for travel to the USA.

Really easy process to order, if on the pricey side (but this was similar to other providers) and after-sales queries were dealt with promptly.

I was flying from LGW-TPA and the check-in staff accepted the certificate as proof of recovery. Unable to upload to VeriFLY (known problem) but certificate was accepted at the airport.

Super helpful when needed to amend details and very fast .

Used for travel from the UK to US; decided it was more convenient to have a recovery certificate that I could use multiple times (valid for three months) rather than test every time. The certificate was compatible with NHS self-reported LFT, just had to send proof to them along with identifying information, and the certificate came back shortly. Had no problem using the certificate to board a flight to the US. I think these are a little pricey for something that should be/was free, but covid status is still required for international travel, so worth using this service. Everything advertised was professional, accurate, and reliable.

I was blown away by the responsiveness of the Montague Clinic at a time of heightened anxiety. They answered our questions within an hour or so and provided a recovery certificate when needed which was accepted by the airline with no question. Thoroughly recommend. So glad we found these guys. The Montague Clinic answered all of my questions about getting a proof of recovery certificate for travel to USA. The cost was affordable at just 59 GBP. Would recommend for UK based travelers to the USA if you cannot test negative after a COVID infection.

The Team at Montague Clinic has provided an excellent quality service in providing me a Certificate of Recovery from COVID, to travel to the Philippines.

I have requested them some specific statements to include in the certificate, to comply with what my destination country is looking for. The Team accepted my request and made revisions to the certificate when I reviewed it. They were very helpful, and fast in responding to concerns.

Very simple to use website. I needed a recovery certificate and it was emailed inside 2 hours as promised.

I was so nervous about my recovery letter, especially after my run around with the airline. AND being forced to quarantine for 10 days. I emailed The Montague Clinic multiple times regarding what was needed, and they assured me that they would be able to help me. I sent them my information at MIDNIGHT the morning of my flight and received my letter 45 minutes later. I'm now home reunited with my 6-year-old! Thank you!!!!

As per the other reviews, the service is excellent. And although not an “official” recovery certificate (at least as defined by the EU), I had no problems using it.

Ordered 3 Recovery letters which 2 came back within minutes , I was worried as mine took a little longer (still fast) but I emailed just to make sure all ok and they emailed back straight away with the certificate attached, we haven’t travelled yet but the service so far has been easy and incredible!
