I won and they needed to verify my details before payout. Fair enough.

Passport provided as requested. Then the passport next to my gace provided. Driving license provided.

The problems started when I couldn't provide a copy of my card as it is a virtual card.

Not to worry. They said I could provide a bank statement. Bank statement sent.

Sorry, we can't accept it, as it's a joint account. So....how else can I verify myself? Surely a joint account can be used to make deposits? What a joke!

They said to send a bank statement with the transaction on. I had to wait for the bank transaction to come through.

They then ask for a screenshot of my virtual card! I've provided the alternative evidence as requested, and now they're asking for more? I can't provide this as the app doesn't allow screenshots for security reasons!

4 times they asked me for my physical card! You send an email, and somebody different replies each time. The responses tale 3 working days, so imagine how frustrating this is.

Ever since I said I'd make a complaint, I've not had a response. Nearly 2 weeks later. I've sent 4 emails and just being ignored. Over 1 month I've been waiting for my money!

Stay away from this site and company!! I use the same documents to verify elsewhere with no issues. This is a complete scam so you can't withdraw winnings and they get to keep them!!

If I could give it zero I would. Site and games are ok but trying to withdraw your money is horrendous. Then you get blocked. Calls unanswered emails not responded too. Reporting to governing body. To clarify I joined the site and they were perfectly happy to take my money. When I tried to withdraw rather than been asked to validate my account uploading documents ect my account was just blocked. Took 32 days to get a response. I email and I get nothing. I’ve sent proof of id that’s excepted, proof of address also accepted. I’ve sent everything I can think of from my bank but they want original card which was stolen and replaced by the bank. I’ve been trying to withdraw for 97 days and still no withdrawal. Moon bingo is a disgrace

WON AND THEY WOULDNT PAY ME OUT

My name is MR H and I opened an account with moon bingo last week . I registered my correct details and then was able to deposit.
I played for a while and deposited again and again. Eventually I won some money back and withdrew £2500 once I had done this I was then asked to verify more details which I sent over straight away , driving license, bank statement last 3 mths. After I had done this I called the customer care team and asked if they had received all the information they needed and they said yes and everything was being processed. So I continued to play on this site . And was still able to deposit. Following day I called the customer service team again and asked if everything had now been verified. Which they then sent me a email saying account fully verified no more information needed and they was then able to look at the withdrawal of what I won. So I continue to play on this site and spend a total of £1895 and won £3600 approximately. So I was waiting now on an amount of £2500, £600, £500. I called the customer team again as this is a lot of money and was waiting for this to come back to my account. There responded, the money is on its way it’s just going through approval and will be in your account in the next 3 days , so I replied no problem thanks for your help. About 2 hours after this phone call I get a email stating I will only get back the money I deposited and no winnings . I was gob smacked and called the customer team up . The email stated I’ve had another account along the lines with a sister company which I didn’t know was part of moon bingo as normally if you can’t open an account it stop you when you enter email details. . So further to my conversation with the customer care team they just kept saying because I’ve had a account with a sister company of yours they will not pay me any winnings . You will only pay me back any deposit I’ve made. So my other question also is if I hadn’t won anything would I still of got the deposit back. I want to know when I self excluded from one of your sites dates please and any other of your sites I may of had an account with. I didn’t know I couldn’t play on the moon bingo site others wise I wouldn’t off. It’s not my fault you allowed me to deposit taking my money and then verify my account to still continue playing. Then when I’ve won some money you don’t pay it out. SO MY QUESTION IS TO ANYONE OUT THERE THAT WASNT AWARE THEY COULD PLAY ON A SISTER SITE TO ONE OF WHERE YOUR EXCLUDED FROM IF THEY DID PAY ANY WINNINGS TO YOU THEN THERE BREAKING LICENCING RULES AND MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR. IF THEY JUST CLOSED YOUR ACCOUNT AND PAID YOU NOTHING BACK THEN ITS WORTH ASKING FOR IT AS THEY WONT JUST GIVE YOU IT BACK LIKE THEY DID ME , WAS ONLY BECAUSE I ACTULLY WON MORE THAN WHAT I DEPOSITED. , JUST THOUGHT ID SHARE THIS WITH PEOPLE TO SEE IF ANYONE HAD SIMILAR DEALINGS

I made a request for a withdrawal on the 28th October but still no response, the ID to verify my account was sent straightaway. It’s been nearly 3 weeks & nothing. I just keep getting told the security team are backlogged. Keep away & try somewhere else. Update they have now blocked my account without any warning & they still owe me 5 thousand

Disgusting website I won £170 in total after spending about £100 decided to withdraw it 4 days later no money I go to log on and they have blocked my account it honestly is a scam anything to save abit of money happy to take the money thou dirty scum

Absolute joke.
Seems to be a common occurrence with other players.
Will be happy to remove my review if someone contacts me and pays out.

Most sites with a withdrawal are straight in your account…24 hours later and still no money or a reply !!

I use to like moonbingo before it was took over now on the slots for email wish for a jackpot you don’t get the fairy godmother anymore also you don’t get the books like you use to iv put loads in to the game and don’t win anything waste of time don’t bother playing on this website stay always also will be closing down my account

My daughter has opened an account in…

My daughter has opened an account in her own name and details but has used all my money from my own bank account.
How has she been able to use my bank account, in my name, my details, but her account is in her name??
I am totally desperate now for advice to get all my money back.. please help me please.
I have emailed this company and phoned them and I still have no understanding how my daughter could used a bank card not in her name on her moon bingo account that is in her own name.
I have never registered my name or bank details with this site.
I have emailed and phoned and still nothing back from their escalation.
I have still had nothing back from my numerous emails.
I wouldn’t even mind if they said they will meet me halfway.
Moon bingo have all the evidence. I have sent them loads of evidence.
But I still have not got any response from them.
