take money can see balance but cant play
logged into my account on sunday and deposited money but when I went to play it kept asking for login details and every time I tried to play kept saying invalid ticket contacted c/s by email got email back clear cache and cookies so did that today but still cant play but isn't it funny can actually see my balance at top of screen but cant use site

Not what I was expecting from reading reviews
After reading the reviews on here I thought I'd try Moon Bingo. I really don't like it, and I've tried a few sites. The slots are boring, it opens up browsers everywhere, it's hard to navigate I couldn't even find my supposed 100 free spins. No live bingo games going on I had to wait at least an hour, I doubt I'll even use the bingo bonus. Money down the drain, not fun at all.
