i have been with moon bingo for a lot of years it is the only one I go back to

The only downfall for me which is not that big off an issue is your only allowed to withdrawal in £30s no lower and withdrawal times are a bit longer than other places. xxchar88

My experience with a young man called Curtis was very uplifting for me he was freandly kind and patient with me ..I live alone am a old lady he brought a little sunshine into my life with his freandly laughter .

I recently had a big win on moonbingo and was stupid and went back on and played slots and lost it.
I wrote to the support of moonbingo as a vip member i have a one to one representative called ryan he has been brilliant he put me some cash and bonus money onto my account several times to help me try and win some of my losses which i did and he is always offering to help in anyway he can so i have a chance of winning.
I would definately recommend moonbingo i have been a member for years

Ive played many bingo sites and been a VIP on a few sites but the best by far has to be moon bingo and their VIP team. Ryan who manages VIP accounts has been an absolute star throughout, any problems I've had hes rectified within an hour. I always get fast replies back. Ive never had a problem with withdrawls at all and they are also done pretty quickly. They do great comps throughout the week and give great bonus codes also. All in all out of all the sites ive played this is firmly my favourite 11/10!!

I would like to say how kind and helpful MR Ryan Miller is. The only Reason i stay with Moon bingo is. MR Miller reply to my questions asap. He his helpful. if i have a problem with my games i play he deals with it no problem.

I had to wait for a circuity check which was taking forever with nothing from them rang the VIP phone line spoke to Ryan and for days he has not stopped helping me resolve the matter everything sorted now but it was only down to Ryan helping me he needs to be praised for what help he gave also he needs to be higher up there he is fantastic

Money was stolen out of my bank lucky the bank made me aware I then spoke to the so called support who souds like its the same women in the Caribbean !!! She advised me to email the bingotransaction team which I did to show my bank statements ive heard nothing atall not even a apology so I wont be scammed again nor will I be playing on this site Its in the hands of the FRAUD ACTION TEAM MONEY COMES AND GOES BUT THIS SCAM WILL GO NO FURTHER
