Moorland Fuels always offer fair rates and keep me informed as to delivery times. Have used them for years. Delivery today by Ryan was with care and a smile, which was very welcome!

I had a brilliant experience. It is all down to one amazing woman: Kate!

She enabled me to have oil over an Easter weekend, when I desperately needed it and no one else or company could help.

I’m so grateful to Kate; she was calm, helpful, she managed out of kindness to drop off oil with her 4x4, and nothing felt too much. Honestly she is a huge asset to Moorland fuel - I’m sold!
And an amazing, remarkable lady and she made my day!

Prompt delivery, driver (Ryan) polite & efficient.

The service from the driver (Kerry) was excellent. No spillages, swift and accurate fuel delivery, secured the tanks afterwards.
One minor niggle, the office didn't let me know the delivery was happening today, could have been problematic for the driver as the tanks are locked.

Stewart made my delivery today. He was very friendly and met all of my requirements. I would recommend and am looking forward to my next delivery.

I’ve been ordering from Moorland Fuels for a while. They never promise what they can’t achieve. I know they’ve had issues with driver requirement etc so the wait time has been a bit long on previous orders. This latest time I was really short of oil and they delivered in 5 days! Stewart arrived this morning at 7.15 and was very helpful. It’s great working with nice people😀

It is always a pleasure to receive a delivery from Moorland Fuels. The drivers are always very polite and helpful and always check in before delivery and remember to drop off the ticket before they leave.
Tom is an absolute gem and he always remembers to bring in a treat for my dog!

Excellent service. Knowledgeable, useful and very friendly advice over the phone when we realised we had an empty fuel tank in our new house, about protecting our boiler, and about other methods of monitoring our fuel levels in the future. Booking us an emergency delivery was very straightforward, despite being at close of business (the lovely lady on the other end of the phone stayed on the line well past the end of her working day (I’m so sorry that I’ve forgotten her name)).

Today the fuel arrived and was delivered by Stewart, who was also very friendly and cheerful, and who managed the potentially difficult access with ease. A really nice guy who was able to be friendly and efficient at the same time.

A really great experience, meaning the company can expect our return custom.

Stewart made our delivery today and was efficient and tidy. He was also friendly and polite. We live in a difficult area with narrow access lanes and no mobile signal which did not deter Stewart.

Good price, helpful customer service agent took order. Would be 5 star if I had received promised phone call day before delivery. However, *STEWART* our delivery driver was great and got everything sorted without hitch
