Probate Valuation
I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I engaged the services of Morgan Sloane to produce a valuation report on a property, in order to apply for probate. The inspection was carried out in a professional and friendly manner and the report was delivered promptly - and at a competitive price.Communication was also excellent.

Excellent service!
Very easy to get a quote and to book an appointment. We required a RICS valuation for probate.
I went online to carry out a search for probate valuation and found out that not all surveyors do this type of report, so I am thankful to have found a good chartered surveyor that can help me.
The surveyor that came out to the house, Pavlos Joseph MRICS, was on time, respectful of the property and delivered the report within days of carrying out the inspection.
I would highly recommend Morgan Sloane Chartered Surveyors.

We needed a property valuation quickly
We needed a property valuation quickly. They responded quickly and gave a very early date for the inspection. Their fees were a fraction of what the big companies wanted. Survey was quick and efficient and the report was received a couple of days later. Very impressed.

Excellent and supper fast service
Excellent and fast service. We made a phone call on Thursday before the Bank holiday and it's done and dusted within 7 days . 👍.
Lucy was very helpful , cheerful and informative regarding of what we needed.
Kevin who came out to do the surveying was very helpful and super fast .he came out early morning and by the afternoon the boundaries were done and sent to us.

Great service
The service received was prompt and professional. I was contacted straight away, costs given upfront and not deviated from. The booking in process was easy and was great to know they also did a Saturday valuation. The report was back within 2 days. Maria, the valuer, arrived just before her due time and was very personable and polite. Overall a very happy customer and would highly recommend.
