Gteat communication throughout and quick turnaround

Quick and friendly responses from the customer service team and the surveyor who visited our property was very professional.

Paul was extremely professional in understanding our brief and providing us with exactly the right information that we needed to make a decision.

I would have no hesitation in using their firm again and recommending them to a friend

Great service, was quick to get an appointment, very nice guy, and the report had much more detail than I expected. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Polite and very helpful through the booking process. Survey was on time and careful and the report was very prompt.

I arranged a damp and timber survey and report for my son and daughter-in-law. The whole experience was amazing! Lucy helped me with numerous queries I had prior to booking the survey. The Surveyor arrived at the property on the Friday and the report, with recommendations, was emailed over to us on the Monday. Absolutely first class service!

Found them extremely professional and efficient. The information provided was clear and factual.

From start to finish,I was given excellent service, from speaking to the lady on the phone , to arrange the time for the survey , to the surveyor keeping me up to speed after he had been to the property.
Faultless !!!

A Very professional inspection and comprehensive report taking into account the build construction and condition of the property surveyed

We used Morgan Sloan for a Rics valuation report for the help to buy equity loan. A big shout out to Julie, Lucy, Paul and the rest of the team. They have been brilliant with communication and organisation. No chasing required. The team were on top of things and explained any queries promptly. We received the report the same day of the survey home visit. Would definitely recommend.
