I find it very unfair that they cancel your training and do not offer a refund or even try to rebook you. Communication could be much better. They should make sure customers are properly informed... Voir plus

I had a great day on my CBT course
I had a great day on my CBT course. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly! Would highly recommend this course as I learned a lot especially about safety on the roads.

Cannot recommend Moto Pass enough! I was not a confident rider and needed a second go at my CBT to get on the road but Tracey and the team (especially Dave Mills) helped me get there.
Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly and had their students best interests at heart.
I'm looking forward to continuing my training with them.

Lovely staff, great environment. Couldn't rate them more highly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Really appreciated how comfortable the staff made us all feel. A good laugh whilst learning a fantastic new skill.

Moto pass made me feel ready for the road
I had an absolutely amazing experience with Moto pass, every member of staff was so welcoming and friendly and down to earth that I didn’t feel any pressure,everything was very clear and if I had questions I was free to ask away no matter how small or silly the questions may have been they was always met with an honest answer and taken serious, the bike I used was rented from them and in top mechanical order and it was a lovely silver CG 125cc , I went out on my ride with a gentleman named Paul and he was fantastic and first class at getting me to understand things I wasn’t clear on and very friendly and reassuring and helped build my confidence with every second I was out on the live roads with real traffic, inside the classroom was relaxed too with access to refreshments such as teas and coffee, I arrived a little nervous as I’m sure most people reading this might be but within 1 minute of meeting the staff it had vanished and I felt totally comfortable in myself and the ability of the staff and instructors to get me safely on the road by the end of the day , I have already decided I will be going with Moto pass to secure further training and licensing for larger cc motorbike
Words can’t express how happy I was with my day at Moto pass and the outcome of their high quality training
