Great Helmet! Great Price!

I recently purchased a Bell Qualifier DLX helmet from motorcyclegear.com. They had a very competitive price which I liked. The helmet arrived quickly and looks great! The transaction and customer service was smooth, responsive, and speedy! I'll definitely order from them again!

Awful Customer Service

Customer service hadn't responded to my emails in over a week, just to tell me I couldn't exchange my helmet and they're sending it back. What a waste of time. Going to CycleGear anyday over this place.

Terrible experience

Better customer service would be nice. Letting people know their sizes are NOT true to size and run small to say the least. They don't believe that though. They think the consumer has been wearing "vanity" sizes and that their items aren't the ones that are miss sized or in the owners words "vanity". At 5'7 160 a large in any brand or style will fit me and in some cases be big. Not tiny in the case of the jacket I ordered from them

The friendly sales staff here are top…

The friendly sales staff here are top notch. Owner was on site on the day I purchased a helment and gloves. Prices are good or better. Selection is greater that the competition.
And the best part " no pressure ". Love this place.

Order issue resolved.

While ordering a Rider's jacket, I had an issue of the monies being debited from my account whilst the order didn't go through. I emailed the helpdesk and they efficiently placed the order on the side and I received my order within the mentioned time.
No hassles and delivery done. Great job.

Would give "negative" 9999 if possible. 12/20/21, I ordered an HJC RPHA11 helmet for XMAS, AFTER stating to vendor TWICE that my ONE requirement is that the shield MUST STAY OPEN for city driving and lower speeds (neighborhood speed). The helmet description / specs state "secure" ratchet system, which is deceitful, as the shield detents are NOT secure by themselves, but weak and limp "in the wind", which allows the shield to very OFTEN close abruptly by itself, unexpectedly during city driving speeds, or slower. This detent / shield closing information is NOT disclosed in specs/description, and vendor / owner did NOT provide any such "negative" info about the shield or helmet when told of my requirements PRIOR to my order. How is this good customer service? To make a long story short, I asked for refund several times within days of delivery / discovery of problem, all to no avail, but instead was thrown into HJC warranty program for an "alleged fix" after being told by owner that they could do nothing else for me. Yes, you could! REFUND MY MONEY for having deceived me! MG only has alleged good customer service (feedback) from people who had no problems / issues with a product's "functionality", and whose money they get to KEEP. If you want your money back after experiencing disgust with a product due to omission of critical consumer information that would have prevented you from buying it in the first place, deceit by misrepresentation in description, or any "functional" problem discovered while "using" a product, they refuse to acknowledge their role in this mess. They tout being in business for over 20 years and that they often write their own product descriptions (this per website). I recently was told by VISA (charge back situation) to send the helmet back to them, of which they have refused to accept. I will be informing my 3 ride clubs, and all associated network clubs throughout the USA, of a "crappy vendor" to stay away from. MG is incredibly obstinate and arrogant to NOT even try to work with a customer "fairly", especially when there is both product description misrepresentation and omission of information that, should I have known the WHOLE truth from specs / description, would have deterred me from buying this helmet in the first place. Wake up people, this is the age of social media! (FTC Policy Statement on Deception from 1983)

Great service and honest in-house reviews of products!

This year my Wife and I have purchased a helmet, two jackets, and two pairs of pants from Motorcyclegear.com. Their service is first rate and their in-house reviews of items are spot on! They helped us greatly with sizing issues, since we are both very tall. I've been a Rider for 44 years, and this company by far, has been one of the best online sources for quality riding gear.

Ordered a HJC helmet as the weeks…

Ordered a HJC helmet as the weeks ticked by along with emails, to which it took days for a reply if at all After 4 weeks l was on the look out to see if had been delivered to a different address
Sure enough, left on the door step and not even signed for.
Shocking service to say the least. I could of written a book about the lack of service.
Never again

The web site said free shipping in the…

The web site said free shipping in the continental us I live in Alaska the second largest freight terminal in the USA and Alaska is in the North American continent when I placed the order it was 18.00 and they applied a small discount since I had never ordered the brand jacket before I asked about size and if I had to get a different size how would the return be shipped they told me I would get their discounted rate so it wouldn’t cost me so much. They lied!! Just my luck the sizes ran very small when I called about the exchange process I asked them for a return label with their shipping rate and I would pay for it they said the return shipping cost was on me and that who ever told me that was wrong I told them the person that told me that works for them not me and that they should stand good for their word they hung up on me. So I called back got someone different and got my return number I didn’t even ask anything else it cost me 52.00 to return the jacket.. instead of 22.00 most places ship free to Alaska so I reordered from them.a company that isn’t as good as their word is no good to me. I did not reorder from them and never will.

Horrible and appalling customer…

Horrible and appalling customer service. "Aaron" should be fired, does not represent this company well at all...unless the company sucks. We ordered and paid for helmets yesterday, were notified today that they were sold to another consumer. When we called to dispute the transaction, Aaron yelled at us and hung up. Still haven't received our money back

One of my favorite gear stores! Been using them for years

Hands down one of the best motorcycle gear shops; selection is wide, family owned business, quick shipping, fair return/exchange policies and killer deals. Been buying from them since 2009 and they remain my #1 online gear retailer. Plus they give you gift certificates for posting product reviews, how cool is that!
