Outstanding service and communication from start to finish. I had a few questions before purchasing an Arrow exhaust. Nothing was too much trouble and they contacted the manufacturer direct to get some specific answers. Item turned up faster than expected, very well packaged and it was the best price I could find. Ordered an exhaust from motorcycleraceparts and was told there could be some delay due to issues with supply from italy but need not have worried as the exhaust arrived within the week and can only give 5 stars for the service i recieved

Scuffed up my new Arrow Sonora exhaust where it's rivetted at the end tearing the rivet band...700 quid to replace ...ouch!
Searched high and low before I was pointed to Motorcycleraceparts by the official Arrow importer..
I will be honest I wasnt expecting to have much joy as I had tried many places but Toms response was sweet music to my ears ...not No sorry mate ...but part number/model / what bike etc ..
Tom and Motorcycleraceparts supplied the part I needed in super fast time saving me at least £625 quid that a new exhaust would have cost!
Can't recommend enough!!!!!
was having some issues getting hold of an arrow link pipe for my gsxr, Tom not only helped me find the right part but had it delivered to me far faster than expected. great service would definitely recommend

Brilliant service - ordered an arrow exhaust and shortly after received communication that it would need to be ordered from Italy and was given an estimated timescale for arrival & was asked whether I wanted to continue or cancel order due to possible delay - I stayed with the order as it was a good price and it arrived a few days later! I needed a replacement for my rust magnet triumph chain ( only 1400 miles on clock ) ordered, not in stock but phoned me and ordered me one Did gold x chain , said over a week to arrive. No arrived 3 days later , well impressed, will order again

Absolutely disappointed ordered a new exhaust yesterday for my bike nothing to say it wasn't Instock and said free next day delivery if ordered before 3pm so thought perfect chased this morning to see of there was an update to be told the product is out of stock and also discontinued!!! Nothing on the website to say this either!! I want my money back TODAY!!

We're sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience and we've investigated this issue.
To clarify we do not have live stock listings on the ARROW parts on our web site as supply from ARROW as with many suppliers is very challenging at the moment plus with over 3000 products on site it is not realistic to keep one accurate to UK stocks. Therefore we aim to get back to customers directly within 24hr of their order with any issues.
This item in particular was out of stock in the UK and although it had been discontinued by ARROW but we knew there was a chance ARROW still had some stock so contacted them through the UK importer straight away.
We did receive your order just before 3pm UK time but ARROW close at 4pm UK time and it wasn’t until the morning when they confirmed they did have x1 of the items left available.
We tried calling that morning to update you but couldn’t get through. We emailed at 10:06am to update you, and again at 10:31 to advise they had stock at ARROW in Italy which the UK importer could get the following week. We offered the parts are the 2022 prices, not the increased 2023 price.
You asked for a refund at 10:49am which we processed at 11:09am
Again we are sorry you are not happy, but having got back to you within 70 minutes of being open in the morning, offering to keep the cheaper price, trying to get the parts as fast as possible from Italy and processing your requested refund within 20 minutes I’m not sure what else we could have realistically done in the situation.
