Will never use again
Used there ev point at a local supermarket,charged me 30 quid but it didn't work,phoned and customer service was ok got me charging after another 30 quid,then it stopped charging after using 17 quid,phoned them again and was advised to try again after they reset the EV point,this time it took 45 quid but never charged,yet again I phoned,they advised me to try again I refused and I was promised money taken would bounce back into my account, however long that will take.I simply wanted to charge my car,it should be simple and straightforward and not a complete farce.I will avoid MFG and I would not recommend.
Awful experience
Awful experience. Pay at pump not working, tried to use the pay at kiosk function but pump wouldn’t work, either that or the attendant couldn’t be asked to authorise it🤷- Morrisons Peterborough, Bourges Boulevard. Pump 7, 19:33 on 25/02/2026. Went to Shell up the road and had a way better experience.
Ever since MFG brought this fuel station it has become awful. It either needs new management, or staff, or both…
Absolutely disgraceful!
Got my car washed at the Consett morrisons automatic car wash (basic service nothing fancy) but the shampoo did not function correctly meaning my car was sprayed down with cold water a couple times and that was it. Car was still filthy. I went inside to get refunded only to be told 'sorry we don't operate it, call this number'. I was apprehensive since the attendant at Morrisons had literally watched the whole fiasco, but he insisted there was nothing he could do. I called, the person on the phone tried but did nothing other than 'raise a ticket' and then I got a snotty email back a few days later saying words to the effect of 'sorry, no other issues were reported that day and we service the machine regularly so we can't refund you'. I have dash cam footage of the full car wash proving I am not lying. I've responded several times but been completely ignored since. I have never had an experience like this. Is it worth my £5 to pursue this further? Probably not. But I will never be using MFG to get fuel or wash my car again if I can help it.Sorry, but I don't support businesses who steal from me. Avoid at all costs!
Excessive penalty for genuine mistake
£50 "penalty charge" for £20 worth of fuel! Fair play - I accidentally drove off without paying (we all have head farts every now and again) but 250% penalty charge is unreasonable, greedy and means I wont be using Morrisons petrol stations any more. They wont let you go back to the petrol station and try to pay in there either. Just a nasty bunch really

Last year they tried to accuse me of stealing fuel at Morrisons Castle Bromwich, they had the wrong date wrong amount and wrong fuel type! I proved them wrong by providing evidence I DID pay and they accepted it and apologise and dropped the case against me and today 18/02/2026 I tried to fill up at Morrisons Castle Bromwich only to find out by the cashier I was banned and I didn’t even do anything wrong in the first place! I’ve never been so embarrassed in my entire life!!!! Now I keep all my receipts just incase they try it again! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

the girl was on the till was very rude. he threw my change slightly to me. and she asked me before that do u want your change? wtf !!! of course i want . its my money. it happened 14:20 at 18/02/2026( today) in Eastbourne Morrisons fuel station. she was southern asian. i need to mention it cause i hope you do something about this case. this kind of things happened to me second time. that means there is a big problem not for the company but for the British society.

DO NOT use the Kingston (Shannon Corner) Esso garage car wash. It takes 1 hour for 1 car to wash- the wash is always broken. I bought a car wash, waited for an hour for only 1 car to be washed. I returned to the Esso garage to get a refund as I simply did not have 4 hours to wait for 4 more cars at front. I was refused and said I have to contact MFG! I did so and they accused me of not wanting to wait when I bought the car wash. Which is completely untrue. The wash was broken and took 1 hour to wash 1 car!!
I have now contacted the bank to get a refund for this scam company! AVOID and go anywhere else
Please avoid any MFG chargers
I used their electric charger, or tried to. It’s completely useless and they cannot help on the phone. It’s happened a few times now and I just plan my journey to avoid these so called chargers. MFG have wasted my time, caused frustration and affected my work.

Euro Car Parking are bad, MFG Customer Care response was great
They use Euro Car Parks for parking control. There was a queue for the jet wash which meant I was on site for over 30 minutes and so I got a parking fine. I disputed the PCN with Euro Car Parks who ignored me. I then contacted Customer Care at MFG and Sagar was excellent is getting the matter resolved. I am giving 4 stars as its daft that ECP set a limit of 30 mins for the venue. This should be changed to an hour. A huge thanks again to Sagar for helping me out.
Unacceptable Service and No Accountability from MFG
I visited the MFG Petrol Station on Newbrook Road, Over Hulton, and had a very disappointing experience. After filling up, the cashier refused to scan my Nectar card, claiming it “crashes their system.” This excuse doesn’t add up, especially since Nectar Customer Services resolved the issue immediately with no problems at all.
I raised a formal complaint with MFG and provided all the details over the phone, yet I keep receiving repeated emails asking for information I’ve already supplied. There has been no acknowledgement of the issue, no accountability, and no indication that staff training will be addressed. It leaves customers wondering whether cards are being deliberately avoided for other reasons.
A simple loyalty card scan should not turn into a customer service battle. MFG needs to take responsibility, improve staff training at this site, and stop sending customers in circles instead of resolving genuine concerns.
Morrisons Pool
Morrisons Pool, Redruth fuel station operated by MFG. I do a regular long journey, consistently using 35 litres diesel but at MFG Pool, the pump has been measuring 43 litres for the last few months (Jan 2026). That is a 40% profit hike.
Trading Standards no longer care about such issues so a review here is appropriate.

If it isn't staff fiddling the till, it's staff pretending they are closed for God knows what reason. Maybe for a fag break or to use her phone. But, the bs lies got clocked, and she was caught out. If they scam their employer of money and time, I wonder what else they are up to.

I raised a completely valid concern, and the outcome was excellent. My complaint was not ignored it was addressed immediately, handled professionally and kindly, and I was reassured that the issue will not happen again. All staff involved were extremely helpful throughout the process. Thanks again for the great service.

THREE times they have overcharged me on my credit card in the past 10 weeks!!! I only realised when I bought a costa coffee from mfg cheylesmore Coventry and when I got home and checked my transaction they had charged me £8.36 instead of £3.35. I then checked previous transactions and had been charged double on two other occasions. I went back to the shop and I was told to come back tomorrow!!! I won't be going back tomorrow or any other day as he also implied it wasn't important and I could always shop somewhere else!!!

Fraud and Scammer
I I had a very poor experience with MFG. They take a £100 pre-authorisation for fuel or EV charging even when the actual charge is much lower (for example £40–£45). This money is taken without proper consent and then held for up to 72 hours.
During this time, customers are left without access to their own funds. Customer service simply tells you to contact your bank, and when you contact the bank, they tell you to speak to MFG. Customers are pushed back and forth just to get their own money returned.
This process is unfair, stressful, and poorly handled. I strongly advise people to be cautious when using MFG services.

Paid for a car wash at the car wash rather than go into the garage and buy a ticket... and the car wash didnt want to run?? Went into the garage and told the man it wasn't working and he told me there was nothing wrong with it... I hadn't paid?? Showed him my bank statement .. with the petrol i had just brought 2 mins earlier... and because it says pending on my Bank statement..( even on the petrol that filled my car) he said i hadn't paid and when it clears to come back for a refund .... which i imagine i will have to prove again that I had that interactionwith him and i didnt get a car wash!!! ! Sent an email to HQ customer service...I Fear the worst...Will eat my hat if I get my £10 back!
Update... 11th... no reply to my MFG linked email.
Update: I went back to the garage and showed them my bank statement.. they refunded me.
Also customer care contacted me today regarding a refund... seems they were all great but a bit slow. Upping the stars now.

My experience with MFG was beyond unacceptable—it was toxic and deeply unethical. This company thrives on manipulation and abuse of power, and every interaction felt like a calculated move to exploit and control.
Constantly Changing Agreements: They repeatedly altered agreements with contract managers, making it impossible to have clarity or stability. Every time you think something is settled, they twist the terms to suit themselves.
Senior Management: Full of liars and false promises. They talk big, but when it’s time to hold their end of the bargain, they vanish. Accountability is non-existent.
Culture of Misguidance and Lies: The entire organisation seems built on misinformation. Everyone you deal with is either misinformed or deliberately spreading lies to brainwash clients.
Threats and Intimidation: If you don’t follow their ever-changing demands, they threaten to take the site back. This is not partnership—it’s coercion.
This experience was not just frustrating—it was dangerous for anyone who values honesty and fairness. MFG operates like a dictatorship, not a professional organisation.
My advice: Stay far away from MFG. They are unreliable, unethical, and their practices will drain your resources and peace of mind.

I used the fuel station this afternoon at morrisons cheadle heath and there was a problem with one of the pumps charging double so there ended up with a big queue. the staff didn't close this pump and it continued to happen.
when I went to pay I couldn't due to the large queue I tried to ask what was going on and was ignored so I went over to the store to ask for a manager and was told it isn’t anything to do with the store and they didn't want to know this is extremely poor service from both people 😕
