I contacted the company via the form and they contacted me promptly. Within 2 hours my pick up had been arranged. The guy was lovely. I became a little upset because of trauma I'd been through linked to motorbikes and talking about why I hadn't ridden it for a while made me emotional but Aaran (I think that's the spelling, he did tell me but I was upset so didn't really take it in) was lovely, very patient and understanding. The price they quoted changed when they arrived because of the condition of the bike, I had no idea it was in such bad condition so that was my fault. He talked me through why the price was reduced and pointed out bits on the bike that wouldn't have passed the mot then waited patiently while I contacted my partner to confirm the price was acceptable. He did all the paperwork in front of me and I had the email from dvla before he'd even left as I did they payment. Thank you for your patience and understanding. It was very much appreciated.

Having accepted the price for my bike, everything went smoothly, with timely emails & messages that clearly signposted the next steps & timescales. The 'collection team' contacted me with a collection date, that suited me. My bike was collected by Scott the following day. I received a couple of messages from Scott confirming the expected collection time - he arrived when I expected him to & we concluded the sale. Sold a runaround 125cc that had lasted many years of learning (!).

I had been trying to sell my bike for some time, and tried various 'we buy any vehicle's sites. I had got declined each time for various reasons without a visit.

Aaron called me and explained my bike had a stolen marker! I explained the situation and that it was recovered the same day by myself, and he gave great advice.

Once I had sorted the issue, I let him know, and he came down next day to look at my bike.

He gave me an honest price for an honest bike, there was no lure of a higher price before he had seen the bike. Sale took minutes with zero hassle.
