Mouth Ulcers & Gums Avis 815

I've used 2 tubes of this and it's not helped in anyway.
Foe the price of it expected at least some help with my gums.
Very expensive for a small tube. Therfore i wouldn't recommend

Loved this company but have now ordered two separate orders of oral medic (SP18526) and (SP17628). First one in August and second one in October. Neither arrived and I am now £100s out of pocket.

Spoken to their customer service - they are checking with Royal Mail - but my hopes aren’t high . Next phone call is to credit card company to raise a fraud case.

Ordered 29th of december 2020,today is 11th January 2021,still not received,should received 3 days ago!They called me from a private number to explain themselves, the lady was extremely rude!Laughing on the phone,and SHE ASSURED ME,THEY WON'T GIVING ME A REFUND AND ALSO INFORMED ME THEY POSTED LATER THAN THEY SHOULD!

I suffer from dry mouth and these tablets are wonderful for that and they really work.
I also used to get an awful lot of mouth ulcers mostly on my tongue and so painful, but ever since I have regularly used Xylimelts I can honestly say I haven't got that problem anymore, I am so relieved. I told my dentist how good they were and she said she would pass on the information, to patients who had these problems. So do hope this helps to promote your valuable product.

Don't know what I'd do without them

I found your website and thought the tablets are good value, so ordered and received them within a few days.

There was one item that I especially ordered (shown as being in stock) and I added a few others just to make up the value to get free delivery. However they only shipped me the "add on" ones without explanation. I then had to chase twice for the reason why, only to be told that due to supply issues they have had to refund my order. They obviously knew that the missing item was not available when they took my order. Very poor customer service.

I got what I needed without delay, which fully met my requirements.

Dom is brilliant. I have a lump on the end of my tongue I know why, a mistake by an ex GP and a Consultant caused my teeth to collapse but while the lump is there it hasn’t gone gangrenous thanks to your wonderful Xylemelts but if the Corona virus goes and I get up to Guys I will mention you and Xylemelts.
