- No Subcontracting: We did not subcontract your job. Jarek is a valued member of our internal driving team and was operating our dedicated UK-based motorcycle transporter.
- Operational Costs: To fulfil this booking, we scheduled the collection and delivery with yourself and the collection contact, Jarek arrived at the agreed time having travelled from the UK to Holland, and logged the transit through the formal European Union Transit system.
- Collection Issues: Upon our arrival, the auction house refused to release the motorcycle to us. Despite our team being on-site and ready to perform the service, the circumstances at the collection point prevented us from completing the delivery.
We notified you immediately when the release was refused. At that time, you confirmed you understood and also understood why a refund was not possible given the significant logistical costs already incurred. You also indicated that you would be taking the matter up with the selling auction house directly.
We are disappointed with this public review, especially as you had previously acknowledged the situation and the fact that we fulfilled our logistical obligations.
