Received the mower in good time, however the battery charger came with a 2 point plug so could not charge the battery and unable to use the mower. After calling them, they quickly sent me an adapter plug which has solved the issue. I was a bit stressed until it got resolved.

Somebody in shipping department had labelled the part withe the incorrect address, had a message why they could not deliver, I end up travelling to Bristol FedEx.to collect the parcel myself, not happy.

My dealings with Mowers online were very good. Communication was excellent and mower a very competative price. However once it was shipped there were problems. I was given a day for delivery and had to be in to sign for goods so took day off work, unfortunately it was not delivered and was offered 3 days later which is very disappointing.
