I got cheated on my order
I got cheated on my order, Order# 2915294, I am missing 1 Can of Coopers Stout (HME), (The most important product), I only received one can of Coopers Mult Extract, but Not the other can Coopers Stout, a total of 2 cans, I only received one can. I was suppose to receive 13 items, and only received 12, and they gave me no information on the Missing can on my order, I then told the company in an email to look at the ordering page List, and look at the List I received, their ONLY one time response was we are having problems with missing items and in a few days you should receive the missing products on your order and it is now in stock and it should be sent out in a few days, it’s now 4 weeks and NOTHING sent out, but they have my money, this is terrible what they are doing, I tried calling them at 1800-852-4263, but they DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, and you cannot leave a message, that’s bad for a company, I want the Missing can or a Refund so I can buy the missing can on Amazon, for I cannot make the recipe right without it.
