What can I say - a host who thought of everything! From asking what kind of milk we wanted, to filling the fridge with Brighton gin, our time at Mrs Butler’s was one of the most hospitable staycays we’ve had.

With decor to die for and a view that takes your breath away, if you’re looking for an escape Mrs Butler will provide just that. I can’t wait to go back.

We visit brighton annually and have stayed in most of the hotels. What a great find Mrs Butlers was. Perfect location. Immaculate throughout. Mrs B so helpful and provided a lots of little extras for our disposal if we wanted them. Highly recommend excellent accommodation and excellent hosting skill at a very competitive price. We will be back.

The location was just perfect, right on the beach front and the apartment was spotless and highly luxurious. Mrs Butlers hosts were attentive and so many great extra touches, furnished to a very high standard. Absolutely perfect, I didn’t want to leave!! Recommending to all my friends and family. 5 stars!

Wow, wow, WOW! Look no further for a place to stay in Brighton. This place is amazing. Ideally located 2 mins from the beach (which you can see from the balcony!) The flat has everything you could possibly want - they really have thought of all the details. Loved all the little extras, especially the honesty pantry. The host was wonderful and even put some champagne glasses in the freezer for us! If I could own a flat in Brighton - this would be it!! The WiFi is faster than in my house 😂 Thanks Mrs. Butler. We’ll be back!

Mrs Butlers apartment is truly exceptional. A wonderful location, just moments from the beach front, with a small balcony that in the summer months would be beautiful to sit on and watch the world go by, as we went in December, I braved a few moments looking out at the sea before heading back in. Wonderfully thought out decor, the apartment feels luxurious in every way, from the comfy yet classy sofa, the extremely comfortable bed, the beautifully laid out bathroom, all the way through to the well designed kitchen. Perfect for a couple, but could host up to 4, Mrs Butler herself is a wonderful hostess, and was in regular contact with me in the build up to our visit, giving many recommendations, and even going so far as saving us a parking space when we arrived. In closing, Mrs Butlers surpassed my already high expectations, and I can’t way to go back soon, I recommend wholeheartedly.

Our stay at Mrs Butlers was 10/10, the apartment was in the the best location and we received the best service. The apartment was clean, comfortable and we loved our stay.

What a wonderful place. Mrs Butlers will not disappoint! The location is fabulous and just a few yards from the beach. There is a very upmarket pub around the corner and it’s five mins by foot to all the lovely shops in Hove. The apartment is very stylish and is spotlessly clean. The bathroom is bang on trend and very elegant. Jacqueline’s attention to detail is excellent. If you’ve forgotten anything like toiletries, hairbrush even an umbrella they are all there! Check in was by Jacquline who was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Ten out of ten and we will be back 🥰

My stay was a birthday treat from my girlies for my 40th and what a place. Jax has designed and executed a stunning apartment without being contrived. The details are exquisite; flooded with natural light through the original regency floor to ceiling sash windows, billowing cream curtains, a chic kitchenette with clean lines and cute crockery, a luxe velvet sofa, huge squishy cushions, sumptuous bedding, little jars of free treats in the kitchen and oversized fluffy robes and towels. Everything is thought of, everything is perfectly placed and superbly stocked for a wee mini break (or longer) with nice extras such as superior bathroom products and the coffee machine and milk frother.
It’s like your own hotel suite but with more room and the personal touch. Jax is an accomplished host and can recommend anything and everything to do in Brighton and you’re only a stones throw from the seafront and a fab pub. Really, what’s not to love? J’adore and will be back!

My husband, myself and our two boys stayed here for a couple of days. And we had the most wonderful time. From the moment we booked, Mrs Butler was so helpful with lots of recommendations for things to do with the boys and also lots of restaurants recommendations too. The apartment was so spotless and done to such a high standard , with all the added little extras which made it all that more special, and the location was spot on too.. So glad we found this little gem.

A gorgeous apartment oozing luxury just seconds from the sea! We had a lovely stay at Mrs Butlers during half term - Mrs Butler is an excellent host who gave us great recommendations of places to explore nearby, she also checked what milk we wanted which we felt was a lovely touch. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a short break and feels very homely and welcoming. Thank you!

Mrs Butler’s apartment is amazing. It’s basically on the beach (one street back from the beach but with ocean views). The attention to detail is amazing. Everything from coffee pods to fluffy bathrobes. You are a stones throw away from some of the best restaurants Brighton has to offer. The interior is decorated exquisitely and the furniture is comfortable. To top it all off, Mrs Butler herself is super helpful and friendly. I’m definitely staying here every time I visit Brighton in the future and highly recommend others to stay here too.

What a beautiful apartment, Mrs B has put so much effort in to making sure her guests stay is perfect, there is so much attention to detail. We would 100% recommend and will definitely stay again .

We had a great weekend staying at Mrs Butler’s. The apartment was beautiful. Very comfortable and a great location.
We were a family of four, two adults and two young children. Mrs B kindly put two additional beds in the bedroom. Which worked out perfectly.
We also loved the small details like cookies, sweets and fab toiletries. I could not recommend enough.

My partner and I stayed at Mrs Butler’s residence over August bank holiday weekend. It was the perfect spot for a little romantic getaway. It is in a great location near the sea front and close to great restaurants and bars. The apartment is simply stunning and beautifully furnished. It was like staying in the luxury of a boutique hotel with all the benefits of having your own space. Jax is a wonderful hostess and made us feel well looked after and pampered. It was also a nice touch that the fridge and the sweet jars were stocked with tempting treats. In fact the whole experience was a delight to the senses... it even smelt amazing! We will certainly be back.

A gem in a 19th century townhouse in a great location with a sea view balcony. It’s like a boutique hotel in an apartment. A great sun-filled lounge with floor to ceiling windows, a large bedroom that is an oasis of calm and a really cool bathroom complete with top of the range toiletries, all give it a real ‘sea’ air of sophistication.

A lot of thought, taste and love has gone into this place and we can’t wait to go back.
