Mr Tyre Ltd - Redditch Avis 

I had a disappointing experience at Mr Tyres.

After I parked my car where I was instructed, I started removing the wheels by myself. I handed the mechanic the tool he needed to loosen the wheel, and after that, nobody said another word to me. I was left standing behind my car feeling completely ignored until I eventually decided to go and wait in the waiting area.

I originally booked an appointment to have two tyres replaced and a wheel alignment done. When the work was finished, it seemed surprisingly quick, so I asked if the wheel alignment had also been completed. I was then told that it hadn’t because their alignment machine wasn’t working.

What disappointed me the most was that nobody informed me about this when I arrived. Instead, they only told me after replacing the tyres and then offered to book me in for the following day.

In my opinion, they should have told me before starting any work that the alignment machine was out of service. I booked the appointment because I wanted both services completed during the same visit. Better communication would have saved me time and avoided unnecessary inconvenience.
I came back to have the wheel alignment done. The staff were friendlier this time, which I appreciate. I asked them to provide me with the wheel alignment report, and they left it in the car.

When I got home and checked the report, I noticed that one of the rear wheels has a value marked in red. Once again, nobody mentioned this to me or explained what it meant.

Ok had two new tyres fitted due to MOT failure unfortunately it's always a long wait due to it popularity not a bad price though

Turned up 5 mins prior to appointment time, easy check-in and car straight in for tyre change. All 4 done and dusted right away. All staff were great to deal with.

Car was serviced and ready sooner than expected so that was great. Very busy garage need a dedicated receptionist tbh as can be waiting quite a while before you are 'served ' but other than that very happy and would recommend.

The staff are all very polite, friendly and professional.
The only thing stopping a five star opinion was the cleanliness of the ladies loo.... they really should keep it for lady customers... this wouldn't stop me using the company again 😀
