3 months later and they still have my money - why have they not sent my item to me??? - these people are thieves

I ordered a Maze ball for my dog in early December. I am still waiting for it!!!! this company is made up of crooks - they happily took my money and stated at the time of my order that it was in stock, then when it hadn't arrived 4 weeks later i had to call to follow up - they couldn't be bothered to call me to tell me that they had never had this item in stock at the time i ordered and still did not have it in stock. I was assured it would be sent out to me as soon as it arrived. 3 months later i am still twiddling my thumbs waiting for this item to arrive. I also had issues getting other items in the same order delivered but did get those 5 weeks after ordering (just to note that at the time of ordering i was advised it would be 48 hours).

As we stand at the moment, they still have my money, they still have not completed my order, they have not contacted me to explain why. All communication with them is initiated by myself, they cannot be bothered to let their customers know what is going on.

They appear to have a lot of nice and wide range of products but I can only say do not risk ordering from them as they will only create stress and disappointment in your life.

Could do better - poor service & communication

I made a successfuly order last August for a dog coat. Great I thought, I will buy from them again - however I bought a further 2 dog coats at the start of December - only received one of the items over a month later & had to chase with at least 4 phone calls & several emails before I got my money back on the coat I did not receive. Looks like all the rest of the reviewers have had similar problems. Such a shame as I really don't want to purchase anything from them after my latest experience.

Terrible service, product didn't arrive and neither did refund.

Ordered a dog bed on 5th January 2018. After nearly a month the bed still had not arrived. Communication was awful, they don't reply to emails, difficult to get hold of them on the phone. When they do answer the phone they are always polite and make promises which never materialise. I eventually cancelled the order but despite having chased twice I have still not received my refund. Have contacted them again. Next step will be trading standards. Avoid buying anything from this company.

Edit: I have finally received my refund after chasing again. I didn't have to contact trading standards in the end but would not buy from them again.

Ordered a dog bed in November failed to arrive by promised delivery date. Decided to cancel order after speaking to Rupert on various occasions and by email to determine reason for delay. Problem is Rupert and staff are never rude or offhand just seem to give you the runaround needless to say promised refund didn’t materialise as promised after 3 months in the end did a charge back through my bank.

Disgusting customer service

I bought two dog jackets in December that came to £29.54, unfortunately they didn’t fit so I sent them back for a refund. It is now mid February and after repeated emails I have just received a refund. However the refund is £8.96 short and muddy paws will not explain why. I have sent multiple emails and most have gone unanswered. They still have not told me why and they still owe me the rest of the refund. Do not use this company, although they state that they ‘pride themselves on their customer service’ it is disgusting and a joke. Avoid.

It is now mid March and they have still not replied to my emails, they have still not explained why they have not refunded my money and of course they still owe me money. Appalling behaviour which equates to theft.

No customer care !

Still waiting for 2 refunds in two dog coats.... one I never received to be told when I called it wouldn't be in stock till the week after. Probably would never have been told this unless I had phoned to see where it was ... even after I had paid for quick delivery. I will call again tomorrow to chass up these refunds. Wont use again. Customer care not good!

Poor communication with order

I've only given you 3 stars due to the lack of communication with my order. I ordered 2 items one of which arrived just inside the expected time with no explanation as to where the second item was. I waited but I ended up having to call you. The person I spoke to was lovely and I did get an apology verbally and in the form of a small freeby. My second item arrived soon afterwards. The products I bought were excellent so no complaints there. I did order just before Christmas so maybe that didn't help but a quick email re the missing item would have been good.

Muddy Paws - avoid

I have used Muddy Paws in the past and service has been fine. But they are clearly not set up to deal with problems. I ordered a dog bed before Christmas which didn’t turn up. There was no explanation and no one to contact as they were closed for a long period from before Christmas to after the new year. I left several messages but never received a call back. When I finally found someone to speak to they admitted they had a supply problem and said the product would arrive. Two weeks later it hadn’t. So they agreed to cancel the order and provide a refund. Two weeks later, despite chasing, still no sign of the refund. They are unresponsive; no one picks up the phone and responses to emails are sporadic. Avoid.

Bought a gorgeous 'bodywarmer' coat for …

Bought a gorgeous 'bodywarmer' coat for our old dog who started shaking with cold after walks this winter - I put a note on the order asking for it to be sent asap because of this and it arrived the next day! It's beautifully warm and keeps him very cosy - he's not been cold since! Lovely product and brilliant service - thank you!

We ordered the 2 in 1 Danish coat for my basenji hound. We love it. It fits well and keeps him warm and dry for his walks . The collar clip fits through his coat so coat stays put and around his neck. The coat washes up well. It was delivered on time and as expected. Great product.

Ordered my puppy Xmas gifts but they weren't received till two weeks after Xmas and one item was not sent out apparently out of stock, but I still have not received any money back for this item. Would not recommend this site to anyone

Very good prices especially with an extra 10% off!
Excellent choice of quality products.My lab loves his new Danish design bed so very happy doggy and owner!! Will definitely use Muddypaws in the future!
