Awful customer care , the worst I’ve experienced in 40 years ! immensely lacked customer care, compassion and appreciation towards their loyal customers ! They failed to replace a faulty item and lacked interest in finding a reasonable solution instead they offered a 15% discount for my next purchase , utterly ridiculous! Considering 15% discounts and 20% ones are always available online !
Extremely dissatisfied with their customer care as it remains inadequate.

Changed the formulation of the original Alien without advising its loyal customer base.
Watered down & horrid now

Don’t buy from them online, They’re going to scam you, We’re going to tell you To write a specific email to get a return you’re gonna write it and then we’re gonna tell you it’s not the right department even though it is on the pack. The department is open a few hours a day and it’s only in the US so you have to pay for the call, You have to give back what you bought in 15 days but it’s one week straight, but I’m contacting the Mugler service, and they won’t respond to me regardless, I even called the number but no response at all.

Ordered from website and never received any emails regarding my purchase. No tracking information after a week. Sent an email to the company who have only just replied after around a week. In that time I’ve ordered the same product from another company and it has already arrived. Do not recommend using this company as I’ve still heard nothing back about my product ordered.

I buyed trough a cashback site but they give me a wrong invoice ,in future with one year m they not resolve my problem in 3 months for a updaded invoice and thats canceled my cashback , not very good customer service ! Not even now not resolved , I expect refund and apologies .Invoice stated as 31.12.2024

I don’t think any thought was given to the issue raised, I have contacted you before and I wasn’t impressed on either occasion.

Delivery was good and the perfume was presented in a box & the perfume smells lovely- bit like candy floss

Products are well packaged and arrive in perfect condition. Although standard delivery is 4 to 5 days my order arrived in 2 days. This was amazing. You receive regular updates on the processing and dispatch of your order and love the added benefit of loyalty circl stars for using the website.
