I was unsure which U.S company to get the strain I wanted from but I saw on the Multiverse Reddit page that they constantly ask what they could do to improve and that clinched it for me. Delivered within 2 weeks (to UK) from point of order at a time when their website was dealing with a ddos attack and the company was moving to another state. They also had a massive sale going on at the time too. I was expecting 3-4 weeks without all that they had going on. And the freebies? I dunno how they make a profit, the freebies are that good. I had more beans than I thought I would get too. Customer service is on point even with the time difference and I haven't received a single email that wasn't pertaining directly to my order. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a few different seeds (the 1st AND last time through them). Most were fine, but one was an autoflower, and I ordered all photoperiod. I contacted him, and he said "We don't have those in photoperiod. Thanks for letting me know, I'll change the website." So, I asked what he wanted me to do with the auto seeds, and he simply replied "Do you want to grow autoflowers?" I responded that I didn't, and he never bothered getting back to me after that.

***Buyers from AUSTRALIA*** please be aware, I spent $500 AUD and received nothing. . . No refund, no partial refund, no reshipment of replacement seeds!! They had obviously been seized by customs.

I do believe this site is legitimate and of good source with great genetics for the US although for anyone in Australia I highly recommend buying off other sites that offer insurance of some sort as I do not want this to happen to anyone else from here on in. If my review can save someone else I’m happy for my loss.

I did attempt to reach out to MVB before I wrote this review as I made them aware that I would if they could not help me. I did ask for them to ship just two seeds types that was on my order that I was really keen for but they still were not willing to come to the table so I am left dissatisfied unfortunately.

Multiverse is the best bean bank in the states hands down! Great prices, monthly sales, low shipping fee and them freebies! Not only that but their customer service is superb. This will be your one stop shop for getting good strains.

I mistyped my address and not only did they catch it; they apologized for taking a while to ship (even though it was my fault) *and* they threw in extra really incredible beans! The quality when they arrived was amazing, as well! I'd give 6/5 if I could!

Ordered on Sunday night got package on Saturday with a bunch of bonus beans! Everything I ordered came in original packaging except the bonus beans although a few did have original packaging! Will update review in fall.

I had ordered some beans on sale and I did get what I ordered and freebies. There was a mix up from one of the cultivars and Paul has been personally on it. In my opinion Paul has done everything he can to fix it. He offered me a few options all in my favor, and left the choice to me. His communication was clear, product is authentic, competitive prices. Overall the customer service will keep me coming back.

Never received my order. No direct contact without being contacted first. Posted parts of my private email I sent him on a third party social site to defend against my anger and frustration. Anyone would be pissed that lost $450USD on a bs transaction. Got my attorney on this as he violated my privacy and breach of trust by sharing my email details. The guy gives you that childish impression through and through. Don’t buy from this site if you are international. You will not receive your order!

Multiverse canibus bean company rocks great genetics top notch cheaper than going on the original companies website they broker better deals cheaper than other places..going through the original company to buy your beans is way more expensive and they don't give free beans with orders

Order seeds on Friday 13 special in Dec. Now it's January 6 w/ zero update. This guy is rude and just tells you that his disclaimer states he can take as long as he wants. Then he tells his customers do you just want a refund after he spend our money already for the almost 1 months ago order

These guys are killing it. couldn't recommend a better group of people there customer service is outstanding Paul was happy to help me out with any questions I had about genetics/strains there stealth is 10/10 and there selection of genetic is absolutely fantastic

Multiversebeans ive been shopping with for about 7ish years. Their selection is expanding very rapidly so you'll find anything you need. Prices are really good and Uncle Pauly is a really good guy treats you like family.

Had alittle stall on the usps took me a month to get my seeds but now I have them its all gravy baby I appreciate all of mb team and will be back for round 2 thank you multiverse beans

Paul said that emails were automated after 5. Then i showed him where it was 7pm 10 pm when MVB would send emails. Then he changed his story again. Just keeps changing the story when you can prove its a lie. He said he would help but it never happened. Just wasted my time. Now Paul called me and had no idea what he was talking about so I had to explain that my invoice has a pack that you done even have. I picked a different pack and he wouldn't do that.
Same price not higher but he refused to help. Its everytime with MVB. This place is a joke. So my experience both times was horrible. I definitely will not be back. They say that they will help but have yet to see it. I know they won't help at all it just looks good to say. When I ask a question they blow you off. Im done with these new seedbanks. It makes you just want to quit collecting. Hope they get it turned around but not on my time!
