If your package is lost or stolen we will immediately send you another one at no cost to you and will deal with UPS, USPS or DHL on our own. If your package and/or item comes damaged, no worries, we will immediately ship you another one and work with the currier ourselves. If your package is delayed and you must have it by a certain date, even though it is stuck somewhere and not moving, we will resend another package to you just in case the original one takes more time to get to you, possibly not arriving at all. No matter what the reason, the protection assurance by us will automatically guarantee that you will get your order one way or another without any questions asked much sooner then later for a very small cost. It might be the difference in you presenting that gift or not.
