I recently went for Umrah with Muslim Holy Travel and had an excellent experience, especially thanks to tanveer bhai , who handled everything for us with great care. Everything was good in both holy places Makkah and Madina , everything was good , accommodation, transport and flight as well. Thank you so much tanveer bhai , inshallah I will again with Muslims holy travel inshallah.

Brother Tanveer helped me through from the start and advice me with the necessary information as this was my first visit for Umrah. Everything was good fromt he hotel and puck up and drol off in Makkah and Madina.

The service was so amazing by brother tanveer . allhumdullilah we did not face any problem .transportation accommodation everything was top level .

Absolutely horrendous experience- told my dates for travel, paid deposit and I find out through twitter that those dates for travel are not allowed, the haram will be closed. Contacted the agents who took a day to confirm this is true- refused to give my deposit back and asked me to push my travel to 2 months later- I obviously did not go through in the end. They still have my deposit and refuse to return, I paid for 7 people, not cheap!
On top of this- my friend called them to book for the same dates that were banned, and they proceeded to take payment- she did not go ahead when she queried how is this possible if the haram is closed- they gave no response and hung up. Thieves , fraudulent, nasty company.

I went on umrah trip with this company. First of all the ripped me off with cheap hotels and did not describe the hotel as mentioned. Medina hotel was awful in the room it had ladies hair all over the bed and mattress has stains and the whole room was unhygienic to live in. The staff at the company were rude and unprofessional would not recommend anyone or use them my selves in future no go.

The hotel in Makkah was a little bit of a walk, but as Brother Ulfat explained, it was around a 10-minute walk, so we were prepared. What impressed me most was that he not only arranged everything here in the UK, but also kept in touch while we were in Saudi to make sure all was going smoothly.
I faced a medical issue during my trip and called him quite late at night — he still answered immediately and offered his support. Throughout the journey, he was always available, replying to messages straight away or even calling to check in.

We have been booking for the past 4tears and Ulfat Ali yet again gave us great service and helped us all the way even during our stay he contacted us to make sure all was ok
The hotels he recommended were fantastic and the chauffeurs he booked were also 5star will keep using their services for years to come

Brilliant service provided from Moeez at Muslim holy travels. Went above and beyond to meet the needs of my package. Trip date 9th-23rd August trip to Umrah and Dubai.from flights to hotels and ground transfers have been faultless.

Paid so much money to get scammed. My parents suffered a lot bc of their service. Never again. Do not book.

Each time I had Tanveer managing the journey arrangements - with Muhammad helping out if required.

I don’t often write reviews..so this is a big deal! The overall experience of this specific spiritual journey was pretty awesome.l! 👌👏

There were some challenges to overcome on the way but the important thing is how these were addressed and communicated.

Tanveer did a very decent job and as a result he is now (inshallah) putting together 4th package for me and family - for December trip. Proof is in the pudding! Keep it up 😊
