Unrivalled Support
Had problem with failure to connect to VPN service after changes I made to installation. Support requested at 4.00 am. Within a few hours a simple, comprehensive response received. Problem then resolved within 2 minutes. Fastest support and resolution I have experienced. Excellent.

I've already given this company 5 stars for its service on my ancient MacBook, but now have to add another 5 stars for the Android app and widget, which I've installed on my phone and tablet. Downloaded, installed, logged in, pressed Connect, and that was it - connected. First class!

Great customer service
As well as a reliable easy-to-use product, I have also had excellent client service from MPN. I had a (small) dispute, possibly due to a misunderstanding by me (so not necessarily their fault) but it was handled promptly, efficiently and very satisfactorily. Well done - thank you.
I will continue to use you in the future.

I have used MyVPN for several years in several countries on all types of OS platforms and found the system to be extremely stable in all situations.
The "after sales" and support is the best I've had from an IT supplier, it could not be better.
MyVPN website is clear, extremely user friendly and the costs of the service is lower than it's competitors, a very cost effective and efficient service, I will continue to use MyVPN as my VPN service provider and would recommend MyVPN to everyone requiring a VPN connection whether for short term or long term use.
