1st product came print not alined up on lid and had scuffs and scratches. A replacement item was sent out (which was brilliant) but even that print didn't line up correctly. The printing just rubs off on both products and the 1st item one of the clasps doesn't even stay connected to lid.

While we’re pleased to hear that you were happy with how quickly the replacement was provided, we’re disappointed that the replacement still had issues with the personalisation alignment and that the print is rubbing off. We’re also sorry to hear about the scuffs and scratches on the original item and the issue with the clasp not staying connected to the lid.
