I was introduced to Patrick at My Health Protected by by an old friend when we were comparing the cost of Health cover.
My provider of over thirty years had increased my subscription to what I considered such an extortionate amount that it was beyond my means.
Patrick was able to negotiate the same cover with a new provider for just over half the cost.
I am extremely grateful

We did not know about health-care broking
and dealing with Patrick has been a revelation. We were finding BUPA more and more expensive, slow, obstructive, and exploitative. Patrick, by contrast, is saving me and my partner thousands a year; he is fast, hyper-efficient, and - not least - has not charged us at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent! Patrick got me the same coverage for £300 pounds a month less than what i was paying BUPA. Very pleasant to work with and well informed. The whole process was seamless.

Coverage in place quickly
I had a need for month to month coverage for myself and my family as I am between jobs. I had a few easy telephone conversations and received my quotes for insurance and in no time I had coverage.

I usually enjoy hours of research on the internet getting the best deal I can for anything. However when I came to health insurance I started to get very bogged down. It was reading a Which article that recommended using a broker to get the best deal that inspired me to research the best broker for health insurance. This is where I found Patrick at My Health Protected. My husband was retiring and leaving a company scheme through AXA after 25 years. Patrick managed to find a very competitive deal with continued underwriting through Bupa This was far cheaper than I could have found myself and included extras such as physio, mental health etc Patrick is friendly and efficient. He responded promptly to my emails and explained any queries very clearly. We will be using this company now every year to check we are getting the best deal. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I'm so glad I took Which
I'm so glad I took Which? advice to use health insurance broker to look at my helath insurance renewal premium . I chose my Health Protected as it was close to me and had good reviews. I found Patrick very knowledgeable and eacy to talk to . He listened and gave me ample time to consider the change in policy which was recommended . He has helped me reduce my premium by a staggering amount .

Great service.
I contacted Patrick to move from one health insurance type to another health insurance type. He gave clear advice and explanation, and found an insurer that we are very happy with, and at much lower costs than I had found myself.

I contacted Patrick at My Health Protected after seeing all the positive 5 star reviews here on TrustPilot. Very professional and friendly approach
I tried to source cheaper health insurance myself but after calls to three different providers gave up. I found it difficult and they were not very helpful. I was not aware there were brokers for private health insurance. Fantastic discovery! I approached My Health Protected and dealt with Patrick Baxter who proved to be easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and a real professional. In no time he found comparable cover for me for a much less premium to what I have been paying. I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you Patrick.

Well.......... is what you feel after dealing with Patrick, his attitude, experience, his willingness not be robot and helpfulness in dealing with everything also answering random questions, when possibly I should be asking the company direct, but he is the all time great guy to go for health cover.
