Excellent value great tour operator and easy to communicate with ! Just got back from Borneo it was fantastic!!

We found the whole trip to be well organized, and the local providers experienced, professional and very helpful. Everything ran smoothly given the distance between locations and hotel check-in/ check-out times. The hotels selected were great given the location of some of our stays. The last though having the most stars had poor internet which was a little disturbing given our need to verify our onward air connections. A special mention needs to be made of our guide Sevi who made the last leg of our trip one we will never forget. Thank you.

I booked an Antarctica tour with MyHoliday2 on reasonably short notice and Gemma helped me out with all the options and planning considerations. Was super easy to work with to plan all the important activities and had first hand experience on what to take and expect on the trip, which was invaluable!

A must do holiday…Sri Lanka was great…the people ,food,places culture…hotels guide and driver were lovely….very very friendly and obliging people….the Maldives was a great place for down time..staff went out of their way to help you …so friendly and welcoming..

While our holiday overall was pretty good, I wouldn't put this down to anything much that My Holiday 2 did to achieve that.
We had an Iguazu Falls extension before an Antarctica cruise and a Peru tour after that, booking all of them with My Holiday 2, thinking that things would be more seamless that way.
Far from it! My Holiday 2 doesn't really do anything except advertise the tours and take the payments.
Requirements for medical checks for Antarctica and Brazilian eVisas were not advised until almost too late. We had flight changes not informed to us, missing one flight altogether, and on another flight we arrived after midnight into Buenos Aires before a 4am start for the bus transfer for Antarctica. No arrangements were made for excess baggage for the flights for the Iguazu extension. We received no itinerary for our Peru tour until we'd already left home.
It felt very disconnected, and the website isn't helpful for multiple tours as there are just many "order" transactions that you have to scroll through to find all the itineraries that you need, and they are not updated for any changes to flights anyway.
Their response is that the airlines should have contacted us about changes. For the flights that I organised myself, the airlines did contact us, but for the flights that My Holiday 2 organised, they did not.
My Holiday 2 has not provided any explanation for this or taken responsibility. Don't expect much more than a payment service from them.

I have had 3 overseas holidays organised by MyHoliday2 and they have all been wonderful...and quite varied...from Kenya, Laos and lastly, Norway. My Holiday 2 staff were always available to answer any questions and provide solutions. Their trips are really well craftd and organised. The staff are quick to provide follow up information and any advice required. I will definitely do more trips with them. I have great confidence in their organisation.

Booking with this company was easy and efficient. All relevant information was provided promptly. The trip was as advertised and we were contacted promptly when war broke out in the Middle East, to check that our flights (booked separately) were OK.

Well everything went perfectly to plan. Then the expedition was mind blowing and 110% for every aspect. We loved it!!!!

The tour was great, lovely people in both Vietnam from Hanio, Hoi An, HCMC and Cambodia in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
Major down side was I booked a tour hoping to meet others travelling in group.
I was not advised until day 3 that there was no one else on tour. Although only 2 of us it was still a truely wonderful experience, beautiful places and would go back again to see more.

I believe my experience was a great one as we had a wonderfully informative & knowledgeable guide, Sri! He was very accommodating.
Everything went according to how I expected it to. Saw & did so much.
Sri Lanka has amazing ancient history.
Itinerary was a good mix of sight seeing & leisure. I thoroughly enjoyed my tour.
I have to say I am usually not one for set tours but I have now changed my thoughts on tours. Our group consisted of 6 people, all like minded. Very lucky.

Just the four of us..so streamlined..no hiccups at all..looked after at each and every different experience or catching a flight..can't recommend them more highly

We throughly enjoyed our trip to Borneo. The accommodation was better than we expected and located close to restaurants and attractions.

With our Melaka Kuala Lumpur extension, which was 1 night Melaka and 2 nights in KL I would suggest this be changed to 2 nights in Melaka as we felt 1 night was not enough time to enjoy this wonderful city.

We have just completed the Egypt/Jordan 17 day tour and it was fabulous. Accommodation, transport and guides were excellent. Both countries were very safe, despite current events and the only glitch we had was airline cancellations. Even though we had independently booked our flights, Myholiday2 staff in Jordan were on hand to help if required. Very happy that we chose this company.

This was my 2nd time using MyHoliday2 and it certainly will not be my last! My girlfriend and I completed the 12 day Antarctica cruise with extended land tour and it was great value money and well organised too. We had a hassle free amazing experience and the team at MyHoliday2 were so easy to communicate with and very informative .

I did a Sri Lanka trip with MyHoliday2 and it was incredible! Great value for money, very well planned and once in a lifetime experiences seeing UNSECO sites and ticking places off the bucket list.

So easy having everything organised for me from safaris, cultural experiences like temple tours, village tours and more. Good mix of hotels and inclusions like breakfast, flights and so on.

Guide was very knowledgeable - happy to stop whenever needed, answer questions, look out for myself (solo traveller) and the group as a whole. And very lucky to hit it off with my small group as well. Made lots of friends and laughs along the way.

If you are thinking about a trip I highly recommend booking with MyHoliday2. It was seamless and I had the BEST time! Here's to booking more holidays with them!

A 14 day itinerary. Day 1 starts at 3pm, and only travel. Day 14 again only flights. So it's really 12 days less 4 days of internal travel. Pick you up at 8 for a 2pm flight. Loose another day.

3 or 4 stars was the offer. Old tired hotels, a long while since they were rated.One advertised a pool but out of service.
We have not had an airconditioner that worked!
Pillows under the slips filthy.
Heading to our last hotel, so have 1 more chance.

The only positive is the ground guides in country, all have been outstanding.
The opposite could be said for Cheryl, fails to respond, and getting information like drawing blood from a stone. The only thing that they did in a timely fashion was take the money. Never ever again.

The Cambodian tour was well organised with great guides which you would expect for a private tour. The Vietnam tour was small group “ max 10” but unfortunately our group of 4 sometimes got combined with other groups for some day trips ( up to 30 on Hanoi optional city tour, 25 on Ba Na Hills) The actual itinerary was interesting with varied experiences and enough free time to explore by ourselves ( or organise our own private activity) Most guides were friendly and well organised. I cannot however say the same for Elsa, the coordinator in Vietnam.We were constantly chasing her up to confirm arrangements for the following day, including flights from Dalat to Ho Chi Minh, only to find that the airport was closed for refurbishment and we would in fact be driving ( 6 hrs)
We chose 3 star accommodation, which, while variable was generally comfortable and well located, often with a pool which was a bonus. Only one hotel was below what we expected and that was the Hoa Bah in Hanoi, with mouldy bathrooms, loose fittings and frayed towels.
I would say this tour is good value for money, but don’t bother with the Hanoi city tour. Organise your own instead!

Just finishing a cruise with hx to Antartica and extra few days in Iguazú falls. The hotels, and cruise amazing. The logistics to and from airports all included. Everything was just so easy. Even when there was a transport strike that could have potentially caused us the miss the cruise. My holiday 2, communicated quickly with local agents to change flights and tours. Would definitely use my holiday 2 again and have recommended to friends and family.

Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and Dissa, our guide helped us to experience it fully in the time we had. We appreciated his good humour, expertise and going above and beyond to cater for his group. Our driver, Kushan and assistant Nandi completed a great team. I was surprised to find that my highlights were the temple visits where we joined hundreds of worshippers presenting the beautiful flower offerings. I have many special memories and thank the very well run MyHoliday2 for a great trip.
