Avoid at all costs!
MyKnobs is a drop shipper, something I discovered after placing my order. While being a drop shipper is acceptable, a company must take responsibility for the products they sell, especially if their supplier fails to fulfill the order correctly.
I ordered a $364 Emtek handleset with a "Right Handle" configuration. Instead, they sent me a "Left Handle" configuration. This is problematic because I have double doors, and the "Left Handle" configuration prevents the other door from opening.
Despite clear evidence that I received the incorrect handle, MyKnobs only offered a return if I covered the shipping costs and paid a 25% restocking fee. They placed the blame on Emtek, refusing to assist further.
To rectify their error, I'd have to pay over $100. Regardless of whether Emtek is at fault, I made my purchase with MyKnobs, and they should uphold their responsibility to their customers.
Save yourself a headache
Save yourself a headache. Ordered door knobs from here in July. For weeks the status said "sent to warehouse". I finally called and they said oh these are back ordered until September 19th. I called a week after the 19th and had to call 3 more times. They kept saying they were waiting for the manufacturer to give them an update. I finally said just cancel the order and refund me. It was only then they said, oh they're due mid-October. I asked for the refund anyway and they said they would submit it but I'd have to wait to hear if the manufacturer would authorize it! Now I have called to follow up and they said they are still waiting but I should receive an email from them when it's complete. This company has never sent me an email, never returned my calls. I have to continually call them for what little information they can give me. They are just a middle man and it will be a nightmare to get your money back. I will now dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Dropshipper, making returns and cancellations hard
I ordered these one evening and called to cancel first thing the next morning because they were the wrong size. They said they had already sent the order to the manufacturer.
While I can return this, it would cost money and time to go to the post office. If I had known myknobs.com is a drop shipper (meaning they don't actually have the product in their warehouse), I would never have ordered from them. find It's easy to knobs at this price and quality elsewhere, with better customer service and easy returns.
No sign of it having shipped in any case a week later, despite having spent extra for expedited shipping.....

Absolutely horrible return process
Absolutely horrible return process. I’ve had to aggravate them excessively to simply acknowledge my return & the customer service is terrible. They close tickets while saying they will get back to you on something & doesn’t get back to you.
I bought several door knobs that I had to return and I haven’t gotten my money back after starting the process 3 weeks ago, I paid for return shipping, and I gave them tracking information. Absolutely Terrible, do better.

I ordered some glass tile that I was told would match my wall tile perfectly IT did NOT match at all I was never informed that the tile was non-returnable I spent $190 shipping it back and I had to pay $153.25 percent restocking fee. The people at this place are So Rude except one person was very nice. She was the first one I talked to.

Been calling to find out were is my order and is not until today that I was informed that is in back order until May. I wasted a hole week. I won't buy anymore from this supplier.

Horrible! Waiting 30 plus days for return-credit. Returns are customer paid and must be shipped via FedEx. (Expensive) Confirmed receipt, date and name for return. Will never recommend.

Products were ordered 11/30/22, I have chatted online with customer service to track my products/orders and they said- the products were delivered. That was not the case. After I looked into this matter further, the items went to the wrong city. There was no follow up on my order, while they certainly ran my bank card and collected on the items that I did not recieve. I reached out again, they said I was not able to get a refund because the items were delivered to the correct address on the order, which is a horrible way to work with a customer. I don't want to pay for items I didn't receive and when I asked for a refund, it should have been resolved, but this is still not resolved. They keep telling me they are trying to collect the items from that address and then re route to me, which I don't want the items at this time as it has been 2 months and just wanted a resolution. I would NEVER recommend this company for shopping. The customer service is less than satisfactory and its a scam.
Nightmare Customer Service
Good quality product, nightmare company if you have to exchange or return. In early November 2022, I ordered the wrong backset dimension on a crystal knob and had to return it in exchange for the correct backset. They wouldn't exchange even though it was within 30 days of purchasing the original. I had to apply for a refund and rebuy the correct knob. I needed the knob right away so went ahead and bought it, and it was shipped promptly. However, I also applied for the refund on the same day and it took a month and several phone calls to the company to get the RMA code required for return. I shipped it back the next day and then heard nothing. Numerous unanswered emails and several phone calls produced empty promises of a refund on the returned item. Then I started getting emails that said the complaint was resolved, but no refund had been given. They blamed their vendor for the delays, but in all my contacts with MyKnobs throughout this fiasco, it was this company, not the vendor who was non-responsive. In all it took 3 months of emailing and calling to get the refund and then I was shorted $25 for a restocking fee, plus my having to pay postage for both knobs and the return which was another $30+ out of pocket. I will never buy from this company again. Their products might be good, but as for customer service, the experience was the height of frustration.

Misinformation that’s cost me money
Myknobs had me waste my time and money to return and had me call repeatedly for a month to finally tell me that I won’t be getting a refund or my items sent back to me. So now I’m out of money for items and shipping back and no knobs. This is after I spend thousands with them for knobs, handles, appliance pulls. Also they misinformed about other products making me spend more on replacements. Awful.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. In todays climate of delayed manufacturing and deliveries it is expected that things are going to take longer to get. Unfortunately, delays require more follow ups and updates of delivery times, more communication between businesses and customers. Myknobs.com have horrible customer service. They don’t return calls, don’t follow up with updates as promised, the representatives just want to get you off the phone so they can forget about your issue and get to the next. They are very unhelpful. Been waiting for handles for 5 months and receive no updates, have to refresh history of my order every time I cal, and the update on status ALWAYS requires them to call me back WHICH THEY NEVER DO.
