TERRIBLE COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Placed an order Beginning of June 2026. Evri said they attempted 3 deliveries, they didn't, so the item was being returned to my lovely baby.
Have been trying to get a refund ever since. They say a refund cannot be issued until Evri have sent the parcel back. Now apparently, Evri have disposed it.
I will still be fighting for a refund, just out of principle.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I waited around 7 weeks for my order. When it appeared to be lost in transit, I contacted the company several times asking for a refund, but the issue was not resolved promptly.

I informed them that I would contact my bank. They responded that they had sent the item again, which I never asked for.

I had already made it clear that I wanted a refund, and I do not understand why they proceeded with sending another item instead of addressing my request.

LOOKING AT THE REST OF THE REVIEWS, I CAN SEE PEOPLE ARE SO DISSAPOINTED ON THIS COMPANY.
I hope this review will guide many in the future, to avoid this website and ruuuuun.

Don’t waste money. Webpage looks nice but cheap & nasty toys that don’t work leaving parents out of pocket & children disappointed. Bought for grandaughter birthday so didn’t open till the day b4 to put in batteries & wouldn’t work but they said not to a return/replace 😡

Bought this as a Christmas present in plenty of time in November. My grandson loved it! HOWEVER, in the two months he had the present the car started to overheat and the car was TOO HOT to touch, and now doesn’t work at all. I contacted customer services, and because there was no report in the first month. They are refusing to send a replacement. Which is very disappointing for my grandson.
I would definitely not recommend this product or the seller. Due to lack of after sales customer service support.

Seems to be a scam. I've paid. Received nothing. Asked for refund. This has been refused, on grounds of they are getting ready to despatch. Been waiting a long time already. Hopefully this will put others off losing their money too.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM, PRODUCT ARRIVED LATE AND FAULTY, AFTER SENDING THEM VIDEOS AND PICTURES OF PRODUCT WHICH DIDN'T WORK WHICH WAS A PRESENT FOR MY DAUGHTER, I STILL HAVENT BEEN ISSUED A REFUND OR A RESPONSE NOW. USELESS SITE, STAY AWAY FROM.

Just don’t order from them. Terrrrrible!! Ordered something for my 2 year old niece for Christmas, didn’t arrive in time, could get absolutely no useful updates from their “customer service” it eventually turned up around 6 Jan to a neighbours address, but didn’t tell me it was at a neighbours house even after me asking multiple times where it was. Long story short I’m still waiting for a refund. The item was also absolute rubbish too. I opened the box to have a look and was such poor quality in comparison to the item I ordered as a replacement from another company to make sure I had something to give my niece on Christmas morning. Just don’t order from them! Whatever you are ordering I can guarantee you can find cheaper and have a better service somewhere else

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. For Christmas I bought 2 pop up balls for my son. On Christmas Day my son opened the balls to which we discovered 1
Was not working. I contacted customer service via email and till this day (mid Jan) we are still going back and forth with no resolution. Genuinely would never buy from this site again absolute shamble the way my case is not being handled

Failed to deliver goods ordered for Christmas. Now won’t refund money it’s a scam

I would give a zero if it allowed. Agree wholeheartedly with the two previous reviews. My order took ages to arrive and the standard was appalling. No way could I give as presents. Market goods are better quality than these and in brown boxes that the items didn’t fit in and just sellotaped across to hold together.
Sent email requesting to return and was asked to provide photos. I sent these in and nearly a month and more emails nothing.
Stay clear of this site I only went with it as saw it was Austrian but found out to my cost it’s from Asia 🤬

SCAM!! placed on order over 3 weeks ago still not arrived, sent them numerous emails with no reply and there contact number doesn’t even ring. Shame it was a present for my baby niece for Christmas. AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE😡😡😡

Absolutely atrocious quality product!
Order took 4 weeks to be delivered which takes you out of your refund period!
Says UK company - it’s shipped from overseas
