Moti Running Avis 115

I knew what road shoes l wanted and they were in stick and feeling great.
I had great service last time l picked up both trail and road shoes from Bristol, l also had gait analysis done with really interesting results. Since then l have taken on several marathons and ultra trails 😊

Bought a pair of trainers and socks online.When the order arrived, the trainers were obviously worn even with mud underneath and a bit on top. The pair of white socks had big brown stains. I was very very disappointed and did not expect such a poor level of service.

Ordered some running shoes for my daughter's birthday- arrived quickly and in time.

Ordered through the website but system incorrectly said there was stock and my order had been shipped. They did contact me but should have refunded my money immediately or offered an alternative.

Great product delivered on time. Would like to see more products selection for kids.

I have been going to Moti since it opened. Went there today to purchase two pairs of running trainers and for the first time ever was very disappointed. The staff in the shop clearly didn’t want to be there (they were rude and inattentive) and the lack of choice was poor. I support local shops but for the first time came home and went online and saved myself £100. I certainly won’t be going back

Overpriced, overfilled and unfriendly atmosphere. If I wanted this sort of shopping experience, I would have visited sports direct

This is the second time I have used Moti , the first was an instore experience which was excellent and my running style was analysed . The second was via the site which was very easy , everything arrived on time

Had the stock of the running gear i needed at good prices, but didnt get any emails about delivery despite order showing as Shipped online. Had to call to chase up and miraculously arrived 1st class the next morning - so overall pleased with the goods, and the service, will use again.

A fantastic experience. I was booked in for an appointment which i missed. I phoned and explained that i had a bike mechanical and they said to pop up later which i did. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The Gait analysis gave good indication of which shoes were the best for me. I was given the chance to try as many different shoes on the treadmill as I wanted, and was able to go back to shoes i'd already tried on to make sure i left with the pair I felt happiest with. Dom who did the gait analysis was really helpful as was the chap on the door - didn't get his name. The girl who took my cash at checkout was obviously new and feeling her way into the role but was polite.
All in all an incredibly helpful and fantastic experience. I honestly can't imagine why the negative reviews i've seen on here have been written, I was blown away by the professionalism and the service.
The price was competitive with online prices and the knowledge and advice was great.
I'll be back!

LOVE the trainers, they're great and came within 4-5 days - given the situation we're in, very impressed.

Excellent customer service I texted for advice before buying as I’ve never bought trainers online before I had a call within four hours they were amazing and I also got good value for money.

Cheapest price I could find for these trainers and came within couple of days. Couldn’t ask for more!

I'm new to using Moti's website (I've shopped in-store previously) and it took a couple of minutes to get to grip with the stock filter system, after which it was really helpful - making it an easy task to get a shortlist of options that I was interested in. So, in a very short time, I had 2 pairs of trainers chosen and paid for. Easy!
I chose standard postage and within a week I had received both packages.
I am a bit old-fashioned when it comes to buying clothes etc - particularly for foot-ware - but I'll certainly use Moti on-line again
