Δημιούργησα μια παραγγελία που μου έδινε δωρεάν φυστικοβούτυρο ως δώρο. Μόλις ολοκλήρωσα την παραγγελία και πλήρωσα, το φυστικοβούτυρο εξαφανίστηκε τελείως – δεν το έστειλαν ποτέ.
Είμαι τεράστια απογοητευμένος με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Μου είπαν ότι «δεν μπορούν να κάνουν τίποτα», ενώ είναι ξεκάθαρα δικό τους λάθος.
