Just a copy and paste of the email I already sent you:
Thanks for the swift and discrete delivery. Upon opening the package, I discovered that one of the items had already been opened. Had it been anything other than the toy, I would have gladly accepted it and moved on... However sadly not. I admit that it was a AAA unboxing experience with the black satin bags and labels to go with it until I came across the already opened item. Specifically, the Phoenix dildo... Upon closer inspection, although the item didn't carry any particular odor, it did appear to have been cleaned showing up on certain parts of the silicone as a milky white colour and other parts entirely translucent. As a result this was sadly not the pleasant unboxing experience I had anticipated in the end.
Please either refund me for the unit and take collection of this one if you must, or send me a new sealed unit as replacement. This is not the kind of item anyone wants to receive already opened...
