Underwhelming Customer Experience…

I received one email response asking for further details from one your staff to be able to help further to identify the product that I needed support on.

However, this was followed by another email saying your case is CLOSED!!!????

AND another asking for feedback on my customer experience !!!!

I imagine your company may be metrics based and driven to closing a case asap, from your perspective, irrespective of the fact that it is not.

BUT from MY perspective, its neither closed, and I am left with the impression that Purmo/Myson isn't interested in answering the question I raised!!!

Underwhelmed! , would be a polite way of summarising my feelings!

Hi needed the sizing chart for the…

Hi needed the sizing chart for the older imperial Myson radiators, not only did I get this sizing chart for them I also received brochures on file dating from the early 80's through to the current Premier HE range, so very happy with the information that was emailed to me very quicky, now I have been able to size the heating system more accurately for a new proposed gas boiler for the system that I have added new Myson HE panel radiators and new Myson vertical column radiators in addition to the existing older radiator’s

Daniel was very helpful with my query and helped me resolve the issue with pairing the room thermostat to the relay box. The UFH is now working correctly.

Leaking radiator leaking within 10 warranty but not replaced.

A radiator installed 7 years ago has a leak. Myson advised me to get the water in the heating system checked as they advised it likely caused a corrosive leak. The system is pressurised, my plumber advised that the water is fine. Myson appears to have closed the logged complaint. Hence a prompt from Trustpilot.

On review, we can see that your initial query was logged in 2024. At that time, our Aftersales team provided guidance on the appropriate next steps so that we could support you further in line with our warranty process. Unfortunately, as we did not receive a response, the case was subsequently closed.
We understand that the case was reopened in March 2026, and our Aftersales team has since requested a copy of the System Health Check report completed by your supplier. I'm trying to have under floor heating…

I'm trying to have under floor heating installed at my home . I don't know much about it and I simply asked if Myson knew of installers in my area who have installed a Microplate system . The answer effectively gave back was No ! Which isn't very helpful so I've got to search around for an experienced installer . This is a really poor service which you give .

We had a problem with a radiator and…

We had a problem with a radiator and the customer service was excellent. They supplied a new one and paid for the extra charges incurred.

First class customer service.

Not the best of experiences

The first radiator I recieved, after having fitted it onto the wall, leaked from a poor weld problem. I had to then drain it and take it back off the wall. I complained and it was decided to send me an exchange replacement, a couple of days later the courier came to pick up the faulty unit. They did not have the replacement but it was a Saturday and nobody works in customer service after 4 on Friday. But after the weekend a replacement arrived, not as proposed by the courier who said it would be close to 7:00am but it was after 9:00. This was duly fitted and yes it works fine. This product line of Myson was always very good, now not so sure their testing regime must not exist.

This is not representative of our usual standards and instances like this are rare. Myson has been manufacturing radiators since 1958 and we have a long-standing heritage in the design and manufacture of high-quality products. We are committed to the quality, reliability and performance of our products so it is disappointing to hear that you had a negative experience with one of our radiators. This is now being investigated internally.

We recognise the delivery timing did not meet expectations and must apologise for this, however, as we rely on delivery partners this was outside of our direct control. We have fed your comments back to the delivery provider and continue to work on improving that relationship and service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review following your recent contact with Myson.

We are disappointed that we were unable to assist you with a spare part for your Slimline fan convector. Although that particular model was discontinued around 4 years ago, the unit you have installed is actually more than 20 years old, and unfortunately we are no longer able to source the component you require. The technology on such products has moved on considerably, and our current models no longer require a filter.

We sincerely hope this will not deter you from considering Myson products in the future, and we are confident that a replacement model will service you for at least another 20 years.

Myson went beyond expectations

I had an issue with the Myson plinth heater that stopped working in the kitchen. It turns out the plinth heater was not faulty. My central heating system needed rebalancing. Myson's technical support team sent me an email with possible causes and solutions. Their advice solved the problem immediately and the plinth heater is working extremely well. I was impressed with this service on a unit that was out of warranty and with no financial gain for Myson. Really grateful and impressed.

After trying to fit myson radiators

After trying to fit myson radiators, I won’t be using them again over priced. What have they done to the brackets they are like tissue paper and the brackets on the back are just a poor idea all to safe them money and make it harder to install.
