Have to say I was a bit sceptical, ordering from a fb ad, but I have to say I honestly couldn't fault them. I needed to add to my order, so contacted them on fb messenger, I had a quick response and guided expertly by Mark, on how to do it. Even after having problems with the code, he sorted it all very quickly and got the order sorted in no time at all. I even had a follow up email just check, I was happy and if he could help anymore. Products turned up quickly and I was kept informed with tracking. Definitely would use again and highly recommend the company.

absolute 5 star service. Mark really cares about his customers - my order had been with the courier for a long time (through no fault of mzube, h*rm*s) so I was sent another item 1st class which thankfully arrived a couple of days later. the original order never arrived but as I said that was an issue with the courier, as I received a dispatch email from mzube and can track the parcel to the courier's warehouse! would happily order from this lovely business again. quality of item was also very good. thank you very much!

Excellent customer service, I had ordered an item earlier in the day, then I went back and ordered 3 more items that I hadn’t spotted the first time!, I was emailed by the company the same day to say we’ve noticed you’ve ordered twice, we can package it as one and refund you the postage, this was done quickly, the items arrived quickly, great quality and exactly as described! Would most definitely order from them again
