Natalie Diamonds Ruined My Engagement Experience
Buyer beware! My fiancé supposedly purchased a 1 carat certified and appraised “naturally mined diamond” - but that was NOT the case!
I needed to get the ring resized and sent it back to ND (which is in Israel, not Florida). Around this time I get online and see several 1 Star reviews accusing ND of selling fake diamonds. I was concerned, so I sent some messages to ND customer service stating I had seen the reviews and that I was concerned. They told me not to worry and said I could have my diamond re-tested during the resizing process to ensure everything was in good order. I checked in with them to ensure that it was re-tested before they shipped it back to me and they stated that everything was good to go. I asked for evidence that it had been re-tested and was told they don’t have paperwork for it but “I was welcome to have it tested again on my own”.
When the ring was returned I decided to take it to our local and trusted jeweler for inspection/testing. The testing revealed that center stone was not a diamond but was CZ! The smaller side stones were real, but the center stone was completely worthless.
My fiance and I immediately contacted ND customer service- the woman on the phone was apologetic and assured us that this "never happens" and they would make it right. We sent the ring back and ended up pursuing a full refund.
I will add that ND did offer to replace/upgrade the diamond, but at this point we had lost all trust in ND. ND offered a full refund, no questions asked.
ND has since stated that this was a supplier issue and its been “resolved”.
I still can’t believe that they assured me multiple times that I had a real diamond ring even though it wasn’t and they had a chance to fix it while it was in their possession for resizing and they still sent back a fake ring with a fake appraisal and fake certification. I’m extremely disappointed, this has turned the happiest experience of my life into a painful process and now we’re back to finding a new ring.
I strongly advise anyone who recently purchased a ring from ND to have it checked!

We sell diamonds for large amounts of money, and we know of cases where our satisfied customers had $30,000+ diamond rings of our's professionally appraised, and the results came back absolutely confirming a 100% Natural Earth-created diamond worth even much more than what they paid for it from us!
More than a few jewelers today, while honest, lack the expertise, "know-how", and trained eye it requires to discern a real diamond, and their equipment could be outdated and is no longer reliable. Many are fooled or err on the side of caution in saying a diamond is not real because man-made "diamonds" today can look very close to the original earth diamonds and confound many.
In your case, we understand that it was explained to you that perhaps one of our suppliers supplied us with a product that was not what it was supposed to be.
As you alluded to, but did not make clear, we provided you with a full refund, after not being able to satisfy you, no questions asked!
And by the way, our manufacturing facility is in Israel, and this brings down the cost of your ring considerably-whose savings we pass on to you, our valuable customers .
All our diamonds are graded by a highly reputable Appraisal company, but they too can make the occasional error.
We apologize for your experience, and wish to reemphasize again that all Natalie Diamonds are 100% Natural Earth-created.

Absolutely 100% do not buy from this site! The diamonds are fake I took my ring too two local stores and the center stone was cubic zirconia and only one side stone was real the others were Moissanite still a stone but not a diamond! I’m trying to return it but I’m not hopeful since it was imported from Jerusalem Israel and also cost me an import fee that I was unaware of tell fedex held it in us customs tell I paid. Absolutely pissed!

Our website clearly specifies on the "payment" page that non-USA orders are subject to duties and/or local country taxes, independent of us.

I was very hesitant to purchase an engagement ring online and spent a lot of time researching and finally apprehensively went with Natalie Diamonds. The ring was fantastic, the delivery was delayed but due to customs but the product was superb and my finance loves it! Highly recommend!

All in all I’m very pleased with their services. They offered me a significant discount initially to draw me in. They were operating the discounts because of the COVID-19 and people struggling with money and I use that opportunity to take my stimulus check and purchase my engagement ring for my fiancé. It was very in-depth and detailed on the website as to how to go about making the ring and they are very informative if you need need any questions answered. But I don’t know I was very pleased with the service and definitely pleased with the outcome of the product

Bought a diamond for 5k
Bought a diamond for 5k. Immediately brought it to a local jeweler and found out it was fake- they said it appeared to be made of glass. Not only was it inspected by a certified gia gemologist under a microscope but the diamond tester also showed the same result. He knew before he even tested it. The company confirmed in email it was fake and apologized. They did refund me the money and did offer to replace the ring and upgrade the diamond for no cost. I just did not want to go through that again. It was so disappointing. Please, please, please have your diamond inspected by a respectful local jeweler. It appears this is jot the first time this has happened based on other reviews and complaints on the BBB website.

Amazing, Professional, and Accurate service
The quality and the details on my fiancé ring was impeccable. She was blown away with the box and the the certified diamond certificate. Customer service was fast and responsive to my wishes and changes. Very very easy to do whatever is needed and shipping was fast after production.
