Great experience!
Everything was good enough for a 5-star rating but for one thing that caused me to drop to 4 stars. The shipment was quite tardy, about 3 weeks after my order was placed.

the order was on December 15, 2025, and all orders are processed and shipped within ten (10) business days. The actual shipping date was in the middle of Nationwide Coins Christmas break wherein employees could celebrate Holidays with their families. This shipment was delivered and we trust you are enjoying your coin purchase.

Initially concerning / ultimately satisfied
Bought from this company several years ago they mailed me an offer to buy again at a great price but in the fine print it states that the offer is for first time customers (why did they send me the offer). Then tried to baffle me with bull*#!t to get me to buy other items & talked over me every time I tried to understand what coins they were selling me. Finally told me to “stop, stop, just stop” so I disconnected the call very frustrated! I intended to make a significant purchase but can’t because they seem really sketchy.
Within 4 hours of posting this review the QA department contacted me and reviewed my case, and have attempted to remedy my problem by getting me in contact with a different sales person of whom which I did make a purchase. I will continue to edit this comment as this purchase progresses to completion.
Received the purchase and satisfied with the product. I can now recommend this company based on the treatment I received from QA department.
