no products and no answer to emails. impossible to call

Ordered from this company over 2 weeks ago, no order received and now trying to obtain my money back.

The company was dissolved on the 7th January.

Took my money a week before Christmas but I received no receipt and still haven't got the items purchased. Phone number on the website doesn't work now and is registered to another business. No reply to my enquiry through the webform or email.

I placed my order for Poko psoriasis skin balm and serum on 10th December. Received order confirmation and money was taken from my account.

12 days later, no order updates, no goods received. No refund issued. Contacted Customer Service - spoke to a woman on their 0208 number and via WhatsApp number. Left messages and am still waiting to hear back from her.

Will update this review, with the outcome.

Wish I would have checked their feedback as they have now stolen my money.

Stay away from this scamming company same refund trick. Scam Scam Scam.Been trying to get in touch with these scammers Website down (what a surprise) telephone line they don’t answer(virtual office in London Covent Gds). Need to be closed down. Reporting to TS and the like.Bought through Clearpay so should be ok and have reported to them also.

I ordered a fragrance on 21st November. They advertise that shipping takes 3 days. Having not received my order (money was taken from my bank account at the time of ordering) I called (voicemail) and emailed today. Their response was that I have been given a refund. Nothing has appeared in my account.
I have now been contacted my phone to say that there was 'an inventory error' and they could not supply my order. Apparently I have to wait 3-5 days for my refund.
I would recommend that you do not use this company.

I put an order on 28th October 2024 they toke the money same day it's 21st November 2024 now still nothing. Every time I send a txt same "I'll contact the suppliers, having difficulty with some products I will contact you keep you in touch" but no one does keep in touch. Totally a big scam and a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

100% a scam. Ordered product on the 18th October and sent email on the 23rd to enquire about delivery. Received email from Parcel2go next day saying waiting for collection from courier. Details sent to Parcel 2go by Herman Padam. Sent text message 1st november stating parcel hasn't been collected. Got reply saying I would get a call after dispatch had been contacted, no call back.Phoned friday the 8th November and was told she would post the parcel herself with photographic proof, no picture and no product.

All the bad reviews are from customers like myself.

If I could give this company a minus 100 I would, an absolute joke, promises a 3 day delivery, 3 weeks later and after speaking to Herman who is full of lies … nothing, happy to take yr money and fail to deliver, Herman promised the order had been shipped on 3 different occasions, also I have noticed a 5 star review for this company from Herman, what a joke!!!AVOID, thank fully I paid via Clearpay so had a full refund through them, absolute idiots

Been waiting nearly a month for my order when they promised a 3 day delivery service. They don’t respond to emails and the phone numbers don’t work. Contacting trading standards, they’re literally thieving from unknowing customers.

I ordered two boxes ofd one brand of CBD. A nice lady named Herman phoned me to say they couldn't get that brand, but they had another which was well liked. I said to send me one box and I would see how it went. She gave me her phone number, but unfortunately I lost it. They charged me the full amount for two boxes right away. Their phone number does not work, they do not answer emails. I can get nowhere. They owe me for the extra box I never got. VERY ANNOYING to spend my time chasing them.

Very happy 😊 with my order .. the woman rang me personally because I couldn't have the cookie but soon sorted me straight out .. and dam the product is amazing 1st time ordering definitely would order again and I have also recommend to family and friends 😀

My husband has been waiting 5 weeks for cream. He has sent two emails and been ignored. He has paid and not received the goods. DO NOT BUY!

They sell items that are not in stock and don’t make that clear when you buy. Then got to wait for the refund to be issued, this has happened twice now not a trusted site.

Following several unanswered emails and phone calls eventually spoke to someone who sorted my order.Their “fast” delivery took over 5 weeks.
Will not be using this company again.

I made an order and its still showing as processing. I've tried to communicate through there contact system and received no replies even though it states they will get back to you within 24 hours.
