NEAT n FRESCO Duct Cleaning Avis 

After doing an inspection the tech informed me I did not really need the service! I decided since they were so honest to go ahead and do the service anyways along with the dryer vent cleaning and deodorizer. I was very happy with the service, they were nice young men who were very professional and polite, it was finally nice to have honest professional service!!

I got an appointment quickly and the guys showed up right on time. Very efficient and explained every step. Offered to clean my dryer vent, thank goodness. It was so packed it was a fire hazard. My house now smells fresh and clean and I bet my dryer will work much better too. I will definitely be using this company again next year.

I was practicality begged to make an appointment over the course of a couple of months so I eventually made an appointment. I get texts about confirmation of the appointment and everything was great. The day of the appointment, I get a text asking if I push my 11-1 appointment back to a 1-3 appointment - I say it’s fine. At 12:30 I get a text from the tech confirming the appointment and I confirm it. He then calls me and asks if I can move it back to a 3 pm appointment. I then say it’s okay. 3 o’clock rolls around and no one shows. I wait until 5 pm and still no one. I then text the girl I made the appointment with. She opened all of my messages but never responded. Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend this company unless you want to waste your time.

First time I asks for a duc cleaning services. It was quick (little messy). I think they should provide the technician with an special camera in order to check the before and after job.
Even though Shahzain Akbar was polite and showed his expertise.

Yftah was my technician and he did a very thorough job. Went above and beyond to clean my vents. He was on time, very thoroughly with cleaning the vents & in each room after he finished plus great communication with him & company, I would highly recommend him for your duct cleaning.

Our technician was excellent. He explained the process step by step and was thoughtful, efficient, and honest. Would recommend this company. They stayed in communication during the entire process. Very reasonably priced. Big kudos to Emma, our scheduler and Kyle, our technician!

I used this company this week and they were super professional very clean without leaving dust or anything in the air.....the price was very worth it and now my ducts are how they suppose to be clean !

After giving ALL info on 2 houses, I was given a price. Upon arrival $100 was added. Contacted Maxwell to let him know I was unhappy but he has not responded regarding the price jump. On the first house, the carpets were stained and there was no effort to check and clean. The 2nd house went fine. I would not recommend though due to the extra $100 and the stains left on a freshly shampooed carpet. The 3 stars is because the actual cleaning appears to be ok.

These did a great job at my home. They were friendly and professional. My duct were never cleaned for last 16 years. We were not even aware of the process. Technicians explained my husband everything and they started after i said go ahead.

This company did a great job. My house had a big difference after they performed the job. I am an allergic patient and i know how does it feel when you breathe dirty oxygen. I am giving them 4 stars because they were 10 minutes late. But they a fantastic job. Thanks
