Fake website!
Paid for a dress that was supposed to come in from Vegas but shipped from china. The dress that came was NOTHING like what I ordered. It was a cheap plastic fabric too, low quality. Tried to get my money back but they wanted to charge for shipping it back and then they evn convinced AMEX I was in the wrong, and so I lost the dispute.

SCAM!!!! Please stay away from this site. I ordered a dress for my birthday party and they sent me the wrong dress. I contacted them and they told me to try it on first if I’m not satisfied, they will offer me 30% refund. Please don’t buy from this website.

Ordered a white hoodie with peach writing was sent a grey hoodie with green writing for my teen daughter. When I complained I was told when people try item out they usually always like it. Try tell a teenage daughter that. Offered 30% refund now nearly 2 weeks later still no refund. So I contacted them and was told it was a banking error so the wait continues. Avoid at all cost

Very untrustworthy!!! I hearted a bunch of items that I liked and when I get went to go view them for some reason the button to see my liked items was not working so I contacted the website people and then they sent me an email the same day, saying about how the payment failure was probably due to the card not working. Which like made no sense because my email was about how to see my liked items not a card payment failing? So I searched up the website and read many other things saying that this website IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Total SCAM!!! Ordered 2 of the same dress in 2 different sizes. They sent 2 random cheesy dresses. They offered small percent refund to keep the dresses. I said no. Made several offers for me to keep the dresses. I still said no, wanted full refund. Then they ghosted me. Address at bottom of website is a mobile trailer home in Florida!! Returns are asked to be sent to China! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Paid extra for expedited shipping, arrived late and sent the wrong dress.

I ordered a dress on 9/8/25 for a 9/27 homecoming. The dress arrived after the event. I emailed for a refund and they offered 30% off and I keep the item. Alternately, I could pay for shipping to China. Their website advertises an address in Homestead, FL. Shipping was from the warehouse in Doral. They make returns very difficult. Don't bother.

They sent us the completly wrong dress, offered a 30% discount. This dress arrived late, didn't even have a tag on it and was not the dress we ordered.

They shipped me the wrong dress!! No word from customer service. The dress they sent isnt even on their website, an absolute scam.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS FALSELY ADVERTISED COMPANY. THE COMPANY ADDRESS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE IS CURRENTLY LISTED ON ZILLOW. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG DRESS, PASSED THE BUCK AND HAS NOT MADE ANY ATTEMPTS TO REPLACE OR REFUND MY MONEY.

This company states they are modest but the dresses do not work with LDS garments. Customer service has not responded back. They don’t take returns and only give store credit, So frustrating

Ordered 2 dresses. They shipped 2 totally different dresses. They want me to pay for shipping back to them. Shipping is to China! Even though they made the mistake they won't provide the shipping label. I even said just send me right dresses. They won't. I will dispute it with my bank.

I’ve been getting outfits from NeeSee’s for about 4 or 5 years, and the majority of my purchases I have loved. I think I’ve only had about 2 dresses in that time that I returned, but that was because the color ended up being a little different from shown on website. Normal online shopping issue. I have plenty of dresses and skirts that I absolutely love wearing, that have fit me great, I have felt beautiful in, and honestly their customer service Ahmad been great. I get my packages on time, I love getting discounts and earning points. They are doing a great job. I’m so thankful for them.

Placed an order end of December - nothing. Filed a complaint with PayPal.

Ordered items and they haven't answered a fake number so I can't get in touch with them. Never received item

FRAUDULENT COMPANY DO NOT USE!!!! I had the same experience others have mentioned (PayPal, not receiving order, etc.).

Place is a scam. Stay away from them.

Scam company, non-PayPal Verified, Non-US Based. They can change, increase the amount of your sale after purchase on PayPal. They are a scam. I never got an invoice from them, they never explained increasing the amount of sale I approved. I called PayPal and got a refund.

SCAM COMPANY!!!I used PayPal because I was unfamiliar with them just to be safe. This is a scam company. Tracking number is bogus and their address is a fruit stand in Florida. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. Contacted bank fraud center and opened a claim on them. They charged my card with a bogus name YETTA WATT not even the company name.

I was very optimistic about the dresses because they all look cute on the website. However, I found that they look and feel very cheap and do not fit well. It seems they buy them from cheap manufacturers then mark up the price and sell them as boutique items. Returns are a huge pain, and you can only return for store credit, so your money is gone once you give it to them.
