Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Very helpful service
Ordered a beautiful dining room table and chairs from Neptune. There was a slight nick in one of the table legs which the first delivery drivers noted. A replacement was immediately arranged and today Clint and Marcin arrived with the replacement leg. Everyone has been so polite and helpful. Excellent service.

Cheltenham shop and delivery service
The service in the Cheltenham shop over a few weeks of decision making was excellent.
Once decided on purchases the delivery of my console, by Clint and Marcin, was faultless. Polite, efficient, punctual and helpful. Thank you Neptune. Delighted with the furniture and pots I have bought.

Quick delivery and great quality
Picked up a sample tin of the new Polenta paint in store and next day ordered 3 tins (2.5ltrs) which were delivered to home address in less than 3 days. The paint is excellent quality and highly rated by decorator. The colour is great too in hall and stairway.

This was my second Neptune kitchen.From the moment I made contact with Amber I felt could work with her ,she was patient and considerate ,nothing was too much trouble.Building delays made timing difficult but the installation process handled by Vicki was well executed and showing concerns that the product would be delivered when the house was in the right state to receive its new kitchen.when it came to fitting Toby and Laura made sure a great job was achieved .Well done to the whole team .Thank you Chris Haley
