Chester celebrating 30years, fabulous hosts, customer service excellent as always

We always have such a lovely experience at Neptune Chester. Every visit feels welcoming, and the team are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help without ever being pushy.

This weekend was particularly special as we were greeted with a glass of fizz to celebrate the store’s 30th birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the visit feel even more memorable.

The showroom is always beautifully presented and full of inspiration, but it’s the wonderful team that keeps us coming back. We genuinely love popping by and would highly recommend a visit. Congratulations on 30 years, and here’s to many more!

There is always a friendly and helpful welcome at Chester Neptune. The event was very pleasant and of course, the products on sale are very good.

Excellent experience at Neptune. Hannah and India couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable throughout the whole process. The quality of the products is outstanding, and they really took the time to help me make the right decision. I purchased the Wardley bed and mattress and am absolutely delighted with them. Excellent customer service from start to finish — highly recommend.

Neptune Chester staff are always so welcoming and friendly, making us tea and coffee, but leaving us to mooch at our own pace.

Both Andre and Liam were very mannerly and helpful. The handover process was excellent.

Excellent Service from Neptune as usual. Their ‘white glove’ service is wonderful. Josh and Shane delivered my furniture to the room of my choice and took away all the packaging. The quality of the furniture is excellent too - real heirloom pieces. Thanks Neptune.

I love visiting. There is always a warm welcome at the Mickle Trafford store, and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable. The store is tranquil and calm and lovely to browse around. In essence a wonderful experience, with a wonderful team of people to help make the experience a very pleasant one.

Lee and Craig were very helpful. They let us know the night before of a delay the next day, as to not waste out time. Arrived when they said they would. Great customer service. Both very helpful and pleasant.

Lovely experience when you enter the store friendly staff who are happy to help Furniture displays are extremely well displayed, plenty of ranges to choose from and our furniture arrived quickly we where kept well informed of the delivery date and the delivery team where excellent too
