Neptune - Chiswick Avis 

Ordered my vase online it arrived in the time frame that was advised at the time of purchase. Very happy with my purchase . The shop is full of amazing objects and lovely furniture. Well worth a visit.

As an Interior Designer requiring a kitchen for a client, Aneeta at Neptune Chiswick designed and orchestrated the perfect kitchen for a restricted space. Given the limitations of the scale of the kitchen, the end result delivered not only the practical solutions required, but a beautiful looking kitchen which my clients are enjoying very much.

Thank you Neptune for my beautiful kitchen, living room and study which I absolutely adore. The quality of the service and materials (furniture, fabrics, rugs and paints) has been exceptional, particularly the seamless way in which Eva, my Home Designer has engaged with me from start to finish (she has wonderful taste that echoes my own and such great design ideas), arranging just the right number of appointments to create the mood charts and ensure that every detail was perfect.
Will, the showroom manager was also very helpful as was Richard who led on the technical aspects of the kitchen specification from Eva's design (not easy in an 1840 house with some significant challenges) and his team, including Matt who fitted the kitchen together with input from Luke, Christian, Bart and Ryan - all very skilled indeed.

I love my new Neptune Kitchen SO much! Whilst this is not a surprise to me, the fact that I thoroughly enjoyed the design and fitting process too really was unexpected. I really can't praise the whole Neptune team enough. The designer Aneeta was brilliant: she designed me a fabulously clever kitchen within my budget, guided me through the design process, thought of every tiny detail (and doubtless many more that I don't know about!) and was a complete pleasure to work with. What I think matters beyond even the smoothness of the logistics or the fact that the cabinetry is so beautifully made, is how problems (very few) were solved: swiftly and cheerfully. This kitchen is built to last. I'm not exaggerating to say it has changed my life. Neptune kitchens really are as good as everyone tells you.

The store employee was very supportive and smiling. She helped me choose my Christmas gifts and offered suggestions. I left completely satisfied and happy from your Chiswick store.

Visited Chiswick store during my travels. Met with a smile from every member of staff - whether they were engaged on the phone or helping others. Bought some of the lovely white Christmas houses. Staff gave me boxed items as I was travelling. Nothing was too much trouble which actually made me buy more! Great atmosphere!

I visited Neptune's shop in Chiswick to buy 2 dining chairs. I have received useful advice and assistance from a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. I took home a few fabric samples to help with my decisions. The delivery was highly professional, I was communicated the delivery slot promptly. I am very happy with my beautiful and comfortable chairs. Highly recommended!

I paid over the phone and parked outside and the manager Will came out to my car to deliver it to me. I was very impressed with the level of service.

We were delighted with the work that Eva did for us on our living room and kitchen. Eva helped us understand the different materials and approaches we could use for what we were trying to achieve, and presented us with excellent designs. Communication was good throughout. Eva helped us transform our home and we are very happy with the end result.

Such helpful ladies in Chiswick store; took everything off the beautifully laid table so that I could open out the extension and have a good look. Really relaxed and helpful store. Ordered online on the Tuesday and table arrived Friday, all assembled in 10 minutes. We’re really pleased with it, thank you.

Absolutely worst shocking customer service - Chiswick staff literally cannot be bothered with anything. Lady on her phone at the till when I walked in so not even greeted. Have been several times and have never been approached - I would really like someone in there to sell me a kitchen but they just don’t seem to care.
When I have asked for a guide in prices or any info they say you need a consultation - but still no effort to show me any kitchen features just want me out the shop asap. Lovely kitchens but will not be buying from them

Fantastic service, great sofa, lovely ataff at Chiswick Showroom, last but not least, outstanding delivery team. Very happy. Shame it took 4 months for delivery from order, but so is everything these days.

Ordered a chest of drawers which were well made with soft close drawers and detailed woodwork at the side. V happy with delivery and set up in room. I was able to see it on show in the Chiswick show room so ordering online was then easy.
