But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Delivery no longer a premium service
Delivery no longer a premium service. I paid £30 delivery for a £1,400 order, surely a delivery fee on an order of that value should be standard. But not only was it chargeable it wasn't delivered by Neptune but by DPD. I am used to the service where they schedule the delivery and take away the packaging but it was delivered with 12 hours notice and left the packaging. However, the in store team was great at helping me purchase the items and I would rate them 5 stars.

You are correct, our standard delivery charge of £30 for larger designs that can be delivered by courier, or Neptune, is a door step delivery with no assembly included. I want to assure you that we do still offer a Premium delivery service encompassing everything you love including your room of choice delivery, design build and package removal for £60.
Please do speak with a store colleague when ordering your designs and request Premium delivery, or select this from the options at the checkout if buying online.

Ordered a living room design service and the furniture
Before I even got to ordering a design service, the Farnham team was very good at explaining what I am going to get and how to get the best of the service.
The designer, Ilyeash, was amazing from the very beginning of the project to the end, very supportive and understanding, and more so - accommodating. With a good eye for detail. And surprisingly good at reading into what exactly would suit us in terms of the design and style.
Neptune's own delivery team - is the best I have seen so far.
I would definitely recommend this team if you want to get your design done. Our place has changed the way it feels for me and it was exactly what I wanted to achieve, without realising how to do it.
The Neptune team helped me do exactly that.

Delivery 5 star, order lead time not great!
The delivery was 5-star! So thank you to Josh and Alfi.
However there were several delays with my order which got to be quite an issue as time went on. The Farnham store was helpful though in the end so I appreciate that!

Delightful Event
Neptune Farnham hosted a delightful Floral Art workshop with Keeli and Jade from White Lilac on Saturday morning at the store. It was such a lovely event, informal yet informative with expert guidance resulting in a beautiful take home floral display. I really hope this will be a regular thing at Farnham 🌸

Pembroke Bookcases
A relatively small project for Neptune but our designer could not have been more helpful. We were guided through dimensions and configurations very smoothly and also given help with which lights and colour to have our bookcases painted. They look great and have already had so many compliments even though I have not arranged them yet. The joiners were wonderful and did a superb job - very professional, neat and tidy. It could not have been easier. Another great job by Neptune and thank you!

Excellent experience from start to finish
Our experience creating a new kitchen with Neptune Farnham couldn't have been better. From the initial design to the final installation, the team was professional, supportive and genuinely committed to making our kitchen perfect. Very special thanks to our amazing designer Danica who stuck with us over a long period and helped navigate some tricky complications with our project. Her patience and eye for detail made all the difference. Ian, our project manager kept things running smoothly and Lee and Tom did a flawless job with the installation and paint finish. A really fantastic team all round - thank you, we absolutely love our new kitchen :)
