But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. Beautiful products, excellent customer service
I am delighted with my recent purchase at Neptune, Hove. Apart from the beautiful furniture and soft furnishings, I was impressed by the customer service, in particular by the store leader Lucy, who was very helpful in placing and coordinating various orders. The delivery team from Swindon were also remarkably professional. Looking forward to any future purchases.

Quality furniture and great customer service
We’ve bought quite a few pieces of furniture from Neptune in Hove and love both the quality and the style, The customer service is also excellent. Recently we had a beautiful super-king sized bed delivered up four flights of narrow stairs and it was done with professionalism and good humour by Martin and Lee - thank you again. And many thanks to Toby from the Hove store. We’ll no doubt be back soon.
