I had a fantastic experience today at Neptune in Weybridge.
After walking into the showroom this week wanting advice on how to display artificial flowers with my own vase, Josh Grimwood gave me the opportunity to come in store with a few stems of my own to see how we could mix and match with what was on offer in store.
He suggested taking a few photos of the space I had at home and how we could create a beautiful arrangement together.
He was incredibly understanding, took time with the structure, agreed between us on what colours I liked mixed with greenery they could offer.
We came up with an amazing result, which I’m truly genuinely happy with.
I would highly recommend Neptune and Weybridge.
Thank you, I now have a centrepiece in my home.

Our kitchen experience from start to finish has been absolutely flawless. Paul and his team are not only incredibly professional, but incredibly detail orientated and considered. Our kitchen is absolutely stunning and build to perfection.

Having visited the Weybridge store I would like to mention firstly Helen for her fabulous customer service.
She took the time to go though colours and options for a table display with table mats, napkins,table runners all great advice without being pushy.She was chatty and genuinely interested in what I was trying to achieve.
I also got chatting to Chris who has been so helpful in following up with a query I had regarding an item.All in all a very happy customer.
Never been disappointed in anything I have bought from Neptune.

Amazing service from Neptune for my recent mirror order.

Beautiful made products that can elevate any home. I am a huge Neptune & my latest purchase did not disappoint.

We really like our media cupboard base, but, for such a high profile item we were disappointed to see black knobs and black hinges on our pale coloured unit. I was pleased to discover that you do have silver hinges, but no one mentioned them before. I was very sorry to discover that your alternative knobs are shiny silver. (Great in a kitchen perhaps, though not in ours). I shall have to go searching for knobs with a brushed finish.

Neptune products are always great. This time the wait for my light fittings was quite long, with the arrival date being changed a few times, but very happy with them!

Overall the experience was good which is why I have 4* and feel less would be unfair and we are happy with the products. Also the men that delivered our furniture and built it were absolutely brilliant. However, with the design service the lady we were using left and after that communication wasn’t great. I had to chase to find out when items were being delivered, I was informed that one was going to be a month late and there was no apology, and I got no notice of when this item was coming and we were away so it was left outside our house for a night until our neighbour noticed and collected it. We were told a designer would come and help ‘set up the room’ but no one showed and even the delivery men were surprised by this. I understand that perhaps our order was less than others (circa £5k) but this is still a lot of money and we should be felt to be valued whatever we are spending. I did even mention how I was looking to do a lot more in our house (design 2 new sitting rooms etc) but I will seriously consider this now having had this experience.

After purchasing the wrong item online I found the staff to be charming and helpful. Lucky to have such a lovely store in Weybridge.

I ordered a bar stool painted in a chosen colour. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I cannot ask for more.
