Neptune - Winchester Avis 193

The company responded very positively to an issue with faulty screws in the leaf of a Sheldrake table. The staff in the Winchester store where I’d bought the table were very helpful. They initially sent an engineer who unfortunately could not mend ii, so that they offered a replacement table. It was however in a slightly different finish to my original, which had been discontinued. When Ant and Lea delivered the new table, they asked if I would prefer to keep the old one if they were able to repair it. I did as it matched my Neptune side board . They were able to drill out the screws and mend it. Very courteous and helpful. Can’t praise them enough

This is not about the purchase of the Beehive handles which are excellent as were the staff at Winchester. But I need Neptune to sell the equivalent hinges. They manufacture these but so far they are not willing to sell them to me.
I have a house full of superb Neptune furniture and purchases we have made over many years. I do hope Neptune Customer Experience Team will help as I am very unhappy with how things stand.

We ordered a bed through Neptune, Winchester - it was quite a long lead time for delivery, but we were contacted on time and delivery arranged promptly.
The bed turned up at the appointed time and the team put it together quickly and efficiently.
Not the cheapest but good quality and very comfortable.

The service was great. There was a delay with the builders finishing in time for the delivery and we were able to get a refund on the set up service, much appreciated.

I have just spent a really lovely morning at Neptune, Winchester on one of their two wreath making mornings . My friends and I were greeted by friendly staff who offered us tea/ coffee and then we met our tutor for the morning who was brilliant . There was an abundance of fresh foliage for us to work with and after a demonstration of how to begin layering our bases ( which were substantial metal ones with oasis pre soaked ) we then spent a very convivial hour or more making our wreaths with a glass of mulled wine and a home made mince pie to make the occasion even more festive and enjoyable . All the wreaths produced were stunning, a tribute to our tutor and the foliage and floral extras she provided. The three of us would have signed up there and then for next year but instead we will just have to put a reminder in our diaries for next year . Fabulous, thank you . Sue Lloyd

With the need to update our family room and with our personal time limited, we reached out to Neptune and Julia for some ideas.
We wanted to incorporate memories of our travels which Julia designed expertly, allowing us to have a “new” room with some of our favourite pieces incorporated.
On the day of our new items arriving, Julia was present to lay out the new items assisted by Chris and Josh who were polite and professional.
Delighted with the result of Julia’s styling and attention to detail which has reinvented the room.

We were contacted very promptly to arrange delivery after going into our local store to purchase an armchair. Sean and Lea who delivered the chair took away all the packaging and screwed the legs into the chair. They called in advance to make sure there was someone home so that was really helpful to not have to wait for hours for a delivery
