Lisa has been absolutely brilliant throughout my whole sale process. It has taken a year to exchange and she kept me abreast of progress on a weekly basis (even if there was no progress). Lisa intervened with solicitors when the other side were being overly slow and sped things up. I highly recommend their services and will be using them again.

I had been looking for a house for my parents and I for several months, the agency I was originally with were not meeting my requirements. Luckily, I came across Ryan as I was interested in a house he was selling. When I called, he actually provided me with another 2 viewings that same day so I could have a feel with what is on the market. That same day, we had 3 viewings which all met my requirements and our offer was actually accepted on our now new home, which is honestly so perfect.

I had been in my old home for 18 years and wanted to downsize but with a house with a spacious living room and kitchen. Ryan gave me exactly that. His team were sooo supportive throughout the whole journey - I had no idea what I was getting myself in to but honestly there were no issues as Ryan and the team were with me and my family every step of the way.
