After trying several times to find out about my order, today I sent an e-mail and was told that the address doesn't exist

Efetutei uma compra em outubro de 2024 e até hoje dia 3 de janeiro, após ter pedido o reembolso porque a encomenda não chegou, responderam-me ao mail a dizer que tinha de aguardar pela encomenda que nunca chegou. Hoje tentei enviar novo email e o mail já não funciona.
Lamento a mentira e fraude desta "loja" on line que só quer enganar as pessoas.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! If there is a button for negative rating, this company Sultanaidan will top it all. Place order in Sep and delay after delay and in the end, did not receive the products and no more reply from their customer service. They have made enough money by scamming from us, please stop placing any order.

Never trust! They are thieves! No confíen, son ladrones!

Never send me the clothes and no money back.

Total scam! I did a purchase and the y never send me anything. But worse i claimed to paypal and they after all data i send salud that netirisi got a “trace number “ wich is a lie and they dolby recognize my claim as right!! Its a shame dont trust PayPal and Netirisi/Sultanaidan/Renourac/etc they have lots domains to scam people so warning!

Sultanaidan and Netirisi ARE A SCAM!!!! Buyers BEWARE! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE! I sent various emails asking for explanations and they replied by excusing for their delay. Many days later I received NO items and NO refund and you CANNOT ABSOLUTELY TRACK THE ITEMS. This is a complete SCAM! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!

Sultanaiden clothes are a scam , no order received and no refund given ,buyer beware

I bought 4 shirts on July 18th and to this day, I haven't even received the shirts, nor have I received my money back; even after several requests from me, to which they responded, when they responded, saying they were sorry for the delay, but that they were going to send it and asked me to be patient. I have, but after this time, I don't think I will actually receive anything. My last request was on October 1st, to which I received no response. I feel deceived and as such I have to leave this information, so I can help new people not to go through the same thing as me.

I ordered but couldn't track it from their confirmation email. Their customer service will not do anything unless you nag them or let them know you are on to their scam. After close to a month they say they will refund, none yet credited. I don't expect any.

Suspect is a fraud page. No respond on shipment after payment. Truly not professional.

I placed an order on 6th of September and I have no news either received the order. They do not reply on my emails , probably a scam.
What an awful experience.

I placed an order with this company on August 9, 2024, for items totaling R722 , which i can hardly afford on a teacher's salary.
Now, it's October 1, 2024, and I still haven't received my order or any information about its status. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, this site is a scam. I did not receive a tracking number after payment and did not receive my order.

I've also placed an order with this company, and received no feedback at all after paying. Be careful.

Have ordered 2 dresses a month ago , said would receive tracking with in 5 days . I’ve heard nothing from them even after contacting customer support 4 times .. not a thing back
