Band arrived late for scheduled performance
We hired a steel band in April as part of a community event (carnival) in August, to fit in with a schedule.
Communication with the agent (Adam) was hard work with sporadic responses to emails and telephone messages.
The band arrived to the location 35 minutes late so missed their scheduled slot causing chaos on the day trying to fill the gap to keep the crowd happy.
The band did play in their second slot 1 hour and 45 minutes after they were originally due.
During conversations with the band prior to their arrival while they were en route resulted in them shouting at me, putting the phone down, and not answering calls for updates.
Invoice was paid in full.
My recommendation is to avoid.
