As a first-time buyer after renting for 20 years, the whole process felt very daunting at first, but Carolyn, Sophie, and Kelly at Newtons were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

No question ever felt too silly, and they always made me feel valued and supported throughout the process. Their communication was clear, efficient, and incredibly quick, which made such a stressful process feel much more manageable.

What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to help move things forward, even covering work that hadn’t been completed by the vendor’s solicitor to help speed up the process.

Newtons prepared the lease on our behalf of a newly constructed commercial building. The negotiations were long and complicated with alterations required to the premises, therefore, a licences for alteration and agreement to lease were also required.
